The girls were friendly. They did a fairly good job -- missed a couple of areas but then did really good in others.

They cleaned the whole house, mopped the floors, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the appliances and cabinets. They bring all their own supplies. They were on time. I would use the again in the future!

I was quoted $195 for 3.5 hours for 2 cleaners over the phone. When they arrived they wanted to charge me $195 for 3 hours, this equaled an hour less of cleaning (for both people combined). I called the company and they said that no, it was indeed $195 for 3 hours for the initial deep clean. I went ahead and agreed to it because we were under a time crunch for guests that were expected to arrive. While they were cleaning I mentioned the fan blades and told the girls that I was told over the phone that these would be included. They told me they were not told to bring that tool but they would try to reach the one lowest fan by hand (which they were not able to do). After they left I noticed that they had used some sort of abrasive material on my flat top stove and above stove microwave. This resulted it some pretty good scratches on both items. Thankfully my husband is handy around the house and he was able to buff out many of the scratches. I also found a big splatter of crusted on mop stuff (hair, dust, etc) on my closet door just outside the bathroom, it looked like the mop had hit the wall but they either didn't notice or didn't care to wipe it up while it was still wet. Not all the baseboards were cleaned either, only the ones in the most obvious places such as the stairs.

Terrible, still had to reclean the entire house myself.....I was p*****

Disappointing. They couldn't move furniture and didn't pick up throw rugs. Kitchen was rushed through, but bathrooms were done well.

I was given an estimate for $265 over the phone based on $65/hr cleaning rate for a "crew" of 2 people. I was confident that there was no way it would take them 4 hours but they charged me in full when they arrived. My carpets were steam cleaned the day before so I asked them to remove their shoes and not vacuum. Neither cleaner spoke English well enough to receive instructions. They left their shoes on and did vacuum with a poor quality vacuum that left a lot of debris behind. The topper was at the end when they declared that they needed an extra 30 minutes to complete the job. This company is way overpriced and does not honor its quotation. I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone.

It went well. I was having company and was unable to the job myself.

They came an hour early. They were very, very thorough, but they were slow. I felt that their prices were high, but they did give me a discount.

I could not be happier! The cleaning teams admit they do not have enough time to clean my house as thoroughly as they would prefer during their 90 minute visits, so they make a determination each time as to which areas warrant the most attention. The kitchen and baths are always completed first, and the last 30 minutes on the clock are always reserved for the dusting, trash and floors. What time remains is divvied up over the weeks on polishing furniture and mirrors, wiping down walls, and giving the play room or home office a quick once-over. The cleaning team varies from week to week, so there are fresh eyes looking at my house and finding new trouble spots to address. Reviewing their work at the end of a shift, I always find at least one happy surprise. The workers are quick, friendly and professional, I've never had a language problem, and I've not once wondered if my valuables are unsafe in their presence.
