Bought a hot tub here after being talked down to at Hansen Hot Tubs. After about 4 years, still the best choice ever. A pipe broke during a huge freeze wind storm with negative temps and they fixed it within a week. Then the fuse in the plug broke and they came with the part to fix it. Always great customer service, real people.

My 20-year-old hot tub froze over the winter last year, and I had one of the repair guys from Colorado Springs Hot Tubs out to look at it. I tried to explain to him about the catastrophic leak that the hot tub had developed and wanted to show him what was going on, but he told me that he could figure it out without me showing him and that he thought that he could repair it. He came over and replaced the light lens cover, which I later found out was an unnecessariy repair that wasn't the problem at all. $400 later, the hot tub was still leaking from the exact same place. I was very frustrated because he hadn't listened to me the first time when I tried to explain what the problem really was. When he came back over I made him look to see where the leak was actually coming from and he told me that he could tilt the hot tub on its side and investigate the situation. A few days later, he called me at work to say that the hot tub was too heavy for he and his guys to lift so they "hired a few homeless guys from the park" to help tilt it up. What?! I don't want any of the homeless guys from the park in my backyard! Finally, he told me couldn't do anything about the leak and that I needed a new hot tub. I wish that he had been patient enough during his first visit to let me show him what was going on - otherwise, I wouldn't have totally wasted $400. I went into the show room to try and talk to the manager, and he ended up trying to sell me a new/used hot tub. I looked around at some of the models and indicated that I was interested in one of them and would let him know if I wanted it. When I got back home, I emailed him for some more information on that model. I was shocked when he Emailed me back and hit on me instead of answering my business questions. I felt like that was a very inappropriate way to do business. I've never written an online review for a company before, but did want to warn customers about this place.
