HORRIBLE!! They completely ruined the engraving order I brought them. All the engraving was upside down and backwards. When I showed them this, they whined, saying ' We had to rush on this job; no, we can't give you any discount'. I only used this company as a last resort, because my normal engraver was out of town. DO NOT USE COLORADO LASER TECHNOLOGY!!
