+ -1 moreI think architects are absolutely the best bargains for any renovation project. They can think of simple steps to a beautiful result. For example, Mark and his staff extended the ceiling of a small office into what had been the crawl space, which made the space soar. I never would have thought to do that. His staff also helped with paint choice, so that the end result is a very cheerful and elegant environment. Even when I just needed help with a kitchen and bathroom renovation, it was well worth the money to have the plans drawn up by an architect.
Description of Work: He was the architect on a complete renovation of a dilapidated Victorian into a beautiful and architecturally interesting office, and he also drew plans for a small home renovation.
