They have visited my home several times to make sure the cabinets utilize the space effectively and have made sure that my handicap and disabilities are minimized by the function of our new space. We ended up buying a table for our kitchen and two chairs instead. They were really helpful. They also offer a free class on finishing the first Saturday of the month. We will definitely go back.

 + 0 moreWe tried staining the night stands that were supposedly maple or birch. When lightl y sanded, an undercoat of paint was revealed. How thin does a veneer have to be for that? We are going to paint them instead. Save yourself some time and money and buy cheap Chinese finished furniture. You will be happier. Many years ago I bought some bar stools there and was very satisfied. I don't know what happened except that I think the store may have changed hands.

 + 0 moreWe requested a rustic cherry bar top, and gave the measurements to Matt. He estimated it would take 2 - 3 weeks to complete it. We heard from him about two weeks after we ordered and he told us he was waiting for wood that was a little more what we wanted. We were fine with the delay to get what we wanted. When we ordered the top we weren't sure if we would finish it ourselves or if we wanted them to finish it. We decided it would be easier to have them put a finish on it and so they did. The estimate was approximately 2 more weeks. It took 3, but we are very happy with the bar top. We will be asking for a vanity top soon.
Description of Work: Matt made us a bar top out of cherry wood.
