The service provided was always excellent, the maids all did a great job with the house. Lee always called the day before the scheduled service to let me know the time the maids would arrive, and if something happened that would cause a change, she would let me know about that also. All in all, they provided a great service at a reasonable price.

Lee was prompt and very professional. Her estimate was just way to high. I expect that they would do a good job but too expensive.

Lee called me the evening before to confirm the appointment, inform me there would be 3 cleaners, and that they would arrive around 9AM instead of 8:30AM due to the weather. The first worker showed up 10 minutes early, the other 2 arrived 9:15 minutes. I showed the first worker through the areas to be cleaned, and reviewed the house again when the other 2 workers arrived. Work ensued - and baseboards/doors were addressed first downstairs. I assisted by wiping down and using a tooth brush on the washer/dryer. Don't believe the ceiling lights/fans were wiped down since neither of the workers asked to use a ladder or chair. Upstairs the master bath was meticulously cleaned by Inna, along with the master bedroom and office area. The vinyl window blinds in each window(8) were well cleaned.. The two workers who'd initially focused on the basement did a good job on the 3/4 bath, kitchenette/laundry floors, and wiping down the kitchenette cabinettes. They carefully wiped down the cabinets with Murphy's oil soap in the main floor kitchen. I'd previously used the self-cleaining mechanism on the oven and did not get a chance to wipe it out. The girls pulled out the range and refrigerator to clean underneath them and wipe down the outside. they used soft scrub and a small brush on the glass topped range - which seemed to do a great job on the baked on and quot;ringsand quot; one can get on the glass tops. I asked the girls to wipe out the oven, which they did, but found they needed to scrub a bit and were not able get all the small grease spots not turned to ash by the oven's and quot;cleaning cycleand quot;. They did not address drawer under the oven, nor the broiler trays or oven racks. Following their departure, I spent another 2 hrs on the oven. Although not completely empty, I'd moved all the remaining condiments to the door and meat trays, washed the vegetable and fruit bins and asked the girls to wipe down the remaining portions of the refrigerator. They did this, but seemed not to expect the request. The floor was swept, dust mop not used, nor a vacuum (all of which were available), and wet mopped with a mixture of Bona which I provided per the floor refinisher's recommendations. The lights in the kitchen and living room fixtures had been turned on and warm. I assisted in taking them down. I cleaned the kitchen fixture while one of the ladies cleaned the glass; In the living room, I removed and cleaned the celing fan light fixture glass and wiped off the fan blades/fixture. This was the first time the and quot;ladderand quot; was used when I brought out (since I'm short statured) One of the ladies came after me, and then used the step ladder and re-wiped down the livingroom fan. I used an ottoman to check the other 2 room ceiling fans - which is when I was informed they'd only been dusted (the ceilings are only 8 feet high) and then took the step ladder to wipe down the other 2 bedroom ceiling fan blades/lamps. The kitchen's stainless steel sinks were nicely cleaned and the counter surfaces wiped down. Doors were inspected for handprints and wiped down. I provided the ladies lunch from Subway to avoid down time during the 3 hr cleaning. The team , as a whole, started around 9:30AM and finished around 1:15 PM. In that this was my first private residence move out deep cleaning service, I wasn't sure what to expect. I've endured some pretty stringent, toothbrush detailed, military housing and quot;white gloveand quot; inspections in order to be allowed to leave without charges for additional cleaning. Following their departure, I spent another 2 hrs on the oven. These ladies did a reasonable job - but in my experience, there would have been a and quot;re-doand quot; on the stove and dust mopping/ vacuuming the wooden floors before mopping. I'd mentioned a loose shelf in the bathroom, and to take care when cleaning it. It did not get wiped down. The ladies put down the entry rugs for the back door but not the front door. One returned and just walked across the cleaned floor with her snowy out door shoes to retrieve her keys and drink. I had a number of cleaning products which I donated, and were graciously accepted.

Lee seems to be a very nice and hardworking person with integrity. I wish her success, but I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. She eventually got it mostly right by doing it herself, but it was inconvenient, and I did not get the feeling it would be different if I tried again. Lee will not think this is a fair assessment. Other reviews are significantly more favorable. I hired Clean Castle Services (Lee Faith) to clean a rental unit that had been left fairly clean by the departing tenants, but far from move-out clean – you would not think the place filthy if someone were living in it, but you would if it were being presented for a move-in. The price was a little bit high ($325 plus tip) for what I thought it needed, but my regular cleaner was booked for a few weeks and highly recommended Lee. I provided a checklist of all of the inspection items, with notes next to each one (e.g. refrigerator door gasket - dirty, cabinet interior – crumbs, sides of range – greasy, window blinds – and frac12; dusty, etc.). The crew she left to do the job was horrible. I don’t know what the crew was doing all the time they were on site, but it certainly wasn’t cleaning much of the time. When I returned to Colorado Springs a few days later and inspected, I first thought they hadn’t even been there. Upon closer inspection I could see that they did in deed clean some of the blinds and I noticed that a big crusty jelly smear on the counter-top was about half-the-size it started and was smeared in the opposite direction. I re-inspected all of the items on the list. Judging by the amount that actually got accomplished, I would estimate that two people spent about 15 minutes each, giving the place a cursory wipe-down. I remember when I was a child I would run around like a banshee for 15 minutes before my mother got home trying to do the couple of hours worth of chores I was supposed to have been doing that afternoon instead of watching TV. I still did better work then than this crew did on this occasion. The overwhelming majority of the list I’d left for them was not even touched. Some was touched but only smeared. One such item was a bunch of black cat hair all over the exterior of the basement toilet (where a litter box had once been stored between the toilet and the bathtub). In spite of being specifically enumerated, the majority of the coarse black cat hair was still stuck to the toilet – approximately 100 strands, each approximately 1.5 inches long. Even the interior walls of the kitchen sink were still sticky with build-up. As you can see, they get an “F” for first-chance execution. There was still an opportunity to get a “C” rating for the whole experience if the response to the problem had been an “A.” After all, who among us hasn’t gotten in a hurry and made a mistake about trusting too much a crew who we are supposed to be keeping honest? Instead, the response was a “C.” When I called Lee, she was very responsive, getting back to me immediately, and essentially dropping everything on a Saturday and coming to the job site in spite of my having already sent a check (not everyone is that responsive, especially after having collected). When I started showing her all of the things that were dirty in the kitchen, she was insistent that it had been cleaned properly and someone else had come back in and gotten it dirty again after her inspection. She was serious! As if someone brought in their wok and prepared a few meals in an empty house, getting grease all over the cabinets and range and carefully smearing food on the counter top in exactly the same locations it had been noted prior to their “cleaning,” and then packed up their stuff and left, cleaning only the floor upon their departure and being sure to spill the same color of sticky liquid in the exact same spot in the refrigerator that was there before her crew came and cleaned it. Even when I showed her one set of mini-blinds that clearly had approximately one year of dust build-up on them, she was adamant that she had inspected every single blind in the house, they were all clean, and it was impossible for her to have missed one. It went similarly for the soap scum built up on the shower walls – it was clearly one year’s accumulation of soap scum – the stuff just isn’t particularly visible so you have to run your hand across the tiles – it sounded and felt like running my hand across a piece of limestone, and my palm and fingers looked like I had erased a chalk-board with them. At that point, or maybe it was after we looked at, and discussed, the black cat hair on the toilet that had previously been loosely stuck, as if by static electricity, and was now half as numerous and stuck from having been wet and smeared around with a rag, she finally *mostly* stopped presenting the “somebody else came in and dirtied it up again” theory. But she never did retract it. On one hand she was very willing to do whatever she needed to do to make me a happy customer, but on the other hand, she approached it with the attitude that there was nothing wrong with the original job and she was just going the extra mile. Had Lee just owned up to the obvious screwing off all day of her crew and her own failure to supervise or inspect their work carefully, her prompt return to solve it would have really meant a lot more. Lee quickly started cleaning the place herself, and brought her daughter with her to help. The daughter was a very impressive young lady, and a credit is due Lee for raising a polite, hard-working, self-starting and capable teenager – a rare find. They did a decent job of cleaning on this second iteration, but not outstanding – the refrigerator door gasket was still full of food crumbs, the oven door handle was sticky with grease buildup, the blinds in the stairwell that were a little bit hard to reach (but possible with effort) were only cleaned on the half that was easy to reach, and the kitchen sink still had visible scunge built up on the side-walls that needed to be scrubbed out – wiping wasn’t enough.

I wouldn't grade her real high. She had a couple of college students do all the work. She charged me over $300 and I'm sure she didn't pay them much. I wasn't real excited about that. I think I would have done better calling up the kids from my school. The young man that came was very good. I don't feel like the woman that booked the appointment planned very well. Two people couldn't clean my house in three hours. The punctuality was good. She wasn't very professional. I wouldn't use them again.

We have used them for 4 months now and very happy. She came and gave spot on estamates, $225 for the deep first cleaning and 135-150 after that. They come every 2 weeks, on time, call the night before and do a very good job. Would recommend them to anyone.

The owner came out and did the estimate. I was impressed with her and with the people that came out to do the cleaning. The experience was excellent. I got different prices and they were competitive. I intend to use them again.

They are helping me with house cleaning after I had back surgery. They clean the house weekly. Lee was very prompt in coming to the house for an estimate. Steph is very prompt in arriving to clean the house and she also changes the bed linens since I can't do it.. I am very pleased with the service.

The lady runs the company, Lee, is a lovely individual. Her people are well trained and I trust them. They are extremely careful and thorough in the cleaning. If you would like yourself and your home to be treated with dignity and respect, these are the people you should utilize. She should be #1 on Angie's List!

Lee is very hands on and always checks on what specificity the customer wants for their home. They do a very thorough cleaning and we have a higher price because I want our woodwork and wood furniture gone over with a damp cloth or with a furniture oil. We appreciate that Lee tries to keep a stable staff, though our last clean had a new hire, Lee came on the job to work with her. I will call this team again.

Lee, the owner of Clean Castle, called back right away. She came to the house the next afternoon as planned, gave us a very fair estimate, and set up a time. When our plans changed, she arranged for the house to be cleaned on a Saturday morning. She, and her workers Greg and Cambria, were right on time. G and C worked steadily for four hours, leaving the kitchen and bathrooms spotless, the wood floors shiny, and everything clean. We are going to have Lee clean our house twice a month from now on. I can't recommend her highly enough!

The cleaning team was awesome! They came in and cleaned the house top to bottom. I was 2000 miles away when they came on my way to the house. The place was beautifully cleaned and ready to go for me with coffee, cookies and mints! Fabulous job!

They cleaned everything, top to bottom. They started on time and worked from 8:30am to approximately 1:00pm. (which was the estimated time). My bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and my hardwood kitchen floor was very nicely done. They just do a really good job.

I see everybody happy here; but I wasn't really happy. First, she wrote down our initial appointment wrong. I had to make two trips to meet her. They told me they didn't clean the washroom dryer, and the area that kind of sits in. They didn't clean that at all. I had to hurry up and clean it because some people around went to see the town house to rent it. They also didn't clean the hearth. They didn't sweep and mopped that either. I didn't call them later because it was hectic. I already corrected the work. They also did an average job in cleaning the refrigerator. I have stainless steel appliances, and they didn't clean it with stainless steel polish. It's not like they were dirty; but they weren't even pristine looking. The staff was okay. I just met them and left. Probably, I should have stayed to make sure they clean everything. Their pricing was okay. They didn't do the job the way I would have done. The fine attention and details were lacking.

They were outstanding. They did a great job. They left Easter gifts and little cards. They were great. The house looks beautiful after they did the job.

I called to get an estimate...it was spot on for the work that was done...she estimated it would take 7 hours. They squeezed me in last minute since I am pregnant and have doctors appointments and am on the verge of being induced any second....she moved other appointments around to make sure to get me covered. The cleaning was great, however I was concerned about a few things in the kitchen so I gave her a call...she immediately came back out (within an hour or so of my call) and took care of all of my concerns. I was pleased that everything was taken care of and that my house looks great just in time for my new one to arrive! Thanks!!

Lee arrived right on time. I had spoken with her several times on the phone and appreciated her professionalism and follow through. We have only been in our home a few weeks and there is lots to clean! I had my previous housekeeper for 10 years and was skeptical that I could find someone who was sensitive to my high standards. Lee was exceptional! I had asked her for fours of work, to include cleaning the three bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting. Lee's work was exemplary! Couldnt be better. Beautiful job that is so striking visitors comment "what beautiful floors". We didnt get the move out clean in our new home which was very dirty. This company came in to do the floors on a Saturday without extra charge. They were courteous and professional and showed respect for our home and attention to detail.

The owner came and gave an estimate for the main floor and 2nd story. The estimate was a little more than we had budgeted for. The owner was very accommodating to get the price within my budget. I changed 2-3 cleaning requirements to optional to get within my budget. After the 1st cleaning the owner called to get feedback, which I really appreciated. Over the course of the 2 years there was one or two times where I wasn't satisfied with a certain part of the cleaning, the owner was very courteous taking my feedback and always offered to send someone out within 24 hours to re-do that part of the cleaning.

I needed my rental property cleaned before a new tenant moved in. I needed bathrooms cleaned, base boards, etc... I needed to show the property, and you only get one chance to make a first impression. I was referred to Clean Castle, and when I called I talked to Lee Wilson, the owner. She set up a time to meet me at my property and give me a consultation. I was very interested in having someone do the work, but I was concerned it would cost too much. She walked through the house, and even showed me some areas that needed cleaning that I had over looked. I could tell right away that this was a top notch professional service. She spent about a half an hour explaining everything to me that needed to be done, and explained it to me so that I could understand easily. She gave me an estimate, and I was very happy with the price quote, so we scheduled the clean. On the day of the clean, her team was on time, and professional(I love promptness!) They went into my property, and did exactly what they said they would, and more! Lee showed up to inspect the work of her team, and make sure I was satisfied with the service - which I was! This saved me so much time, and the cost was very competitive, I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Lee Wilson, she made my property look awesome, and treated me like royalty - just like it says on her card!

Clean Castle do a great house cleaning service and I've been using them for over 2 years. They've been very flexible, working with me on a service schedule that meets my needs. I highly recommend. Very professional and totally trustworthy.

2 woman team arrived on time, got right to work. Professional attitude, good quality, definitely will use again.

Lee came to my home to give me an estimate about 2 weeks before I wanted the cleaning. She estimated it would take 8 hours (two people for 4 hours) at her hourly rate. She then applied an angie's list coupon to get to the $325.00 estimate. We set the date and time and Lee and Cristi arrived and began cleaning right away. I didn't really think it would take the whole four hours, but it took approx. 4 1/2 hours (which Lee did not charge me the extra hour). All I can say is that NO ONE has ever cleaned my house the way they cleaned my house. I think they charged a fair wage for the work they did. I am very pleased and will absolutely have CASTLE CLEAN to my home in the future. Lee leaves little "candy" surprises for her homeowners, it's fun and makes you feel like she really cares about your home.

We have a second home in the Springs. I don't want to use the precious little time I have here to clean, so I contacted Lee Wilson in March of 2009, to see if her company was willing to clean my home on a periodic basis. I wanted to develop a relationship with a company that would become my regular cleaning service when I moved here permanently. Lee responded to my original email within hours, was very professional in her first visit to my home to give me an estimate, and is always willing to work with my schedule, even during holidays. Her maids are always prompt and professional. I have since used Lee's company five times, and will continue to do so when I am in town.
