Clean & Green

Description of Work: I purchased a Living Social deal for 3 hours of cleaning for $45. My gal showed up 20 minutes late, called me at the time she was scheduled to arrive saying she was running 5 minutes late. Her appearance was less than professional. I wouldn't mind either of the two above if she'd been a rock star cleaner, but unfortunately she was not. She spent too much time doing things not on my list (oh, mam, I cleaned your light switches and outlets), but ran out of time for major things, like mopping my kitchen floor, vaccuming my main level, sweeping or mopping the bathroom floors. My house is cleaned by my housekeeper weekly, but who happens to be on vacation right now, and so I know that these things are reasonable things to ask. I called the owner, explained how major items were missed, she listened, defended her cleaner for the most part and didn't offer anything specifically to fix the problem, so I eventually threw up my hands. There needed to be more communication on her part as to what my priorities were (floors and kitchen are probably most anyone's priority), and less time doing silly things so she didn't run out of time and leave without finishing something as important as the kitchen. So she mismanaged her time in a big way and left me without having done probably the #1 thing on my list, doing my kitchen floor. Such a bummer. And I even called the owner before hand and told her I was looking to hire a green company bi-weekly, so why I was sent the "B team" having said that, I can't figure out.

Description of Work: I used Clean & Green for house cleaning and used her back the 11th of this month. We used her to clean and a carpet clean as well.

Description of Work: Three sessions of housecleaning which varied from special tasks such as wiping out kitchen cupboards (which we had emptied) to helping clean light fixtures to routine house cleaning.

Description of Work: I had housecleaning done on the kitchen and bathrooms and carpet cleaning throughout the house.

Description of Work: Had them do my move out clean from 2000 SqFt home. Did a good job. I went behind and found were they missed something in my opinion. They were very professional then went back next day to finish task that I requested. Gave me a courtesy phone call to let me know they finished task that I asked for.

Description of Work: Bought a new condo 1200 sqft but has been rented out for a few years with pets. So the place need a good sterilizing cleaning. After cleaning I felt like it was a new place.
