The carpeting in my home had several issues including dog urine and Kool-aid stains. I am amazed at how great the carpet looks and smells. In the past I have tried other companies who charge less and who also deliver less than adequate results. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to call Kevin for all my carpet cleaning needs.

The work performed by Kevin and Trevor was outstanding. We had numerous "carpet ripples" in our wall-to-wall carpeting and were ready to bite the bullet and buy new carpeting--a significant expense. Kevin spent 4 hours repairing our carpet and then came back the next day and cleaned it. The results were remarkable. Our carpet has been restored to almost new condition (after all it is 20 years old) which is pretty miraculous! Kevin arrived exactly on-time both days and was highly professional. He is also a very likable guy and willing to answer any question you might have. The cost for both services was probably not the cheapest on the block, but frankly, I would have paid more--given the results achieved. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. For carpet cleaning/stretching, I'd highly recommend Kevin and his team at Chem-Dry.

I paid for their best service, you can get it for a lot less. They did everything nicely. I wouldn't do the same thing, I would probably do the real quick job next time. I would definitely use them again. They were very courteous, and they make sure to not leave any tracking in the house. They wore booties to make sure that they don't leave tracks in the house. That's kind of a nice deal.

It went very good. It went really well. It was the owner that came out and did it. He's a really nice guy it’s just that he kept promoting just like a commercial the whole time. He was really quick. The carpet was beautiful and I can't say anything bad. It was not really expensive; just the extra solution. The way he said as somebody who doesn't know; he said that you have to consider your shoes carries oil so it was like industrial strength or something. They have to use heavy duty so that really drove the price out. That was really a big surprise for the cleaning. He's got a really nice machine and this one was even more advance.

Excellent service. The provider was professional, on time and completed the service within estimated time frame. In addition, the provider was polite and honest. He informed us that there would be an odor from the wet rugs and the estimated time before it would dissipate. Would recommend ChemDry of Colorado Springs to any potential customer.

They did a very good job, they were prompt. They were very professional and got our here quickly.

He took the time to find out what the stains were and helped me get rid of those. He also gave me products to use, after they left, if the stains were to arise. That was the first time I have used them and I would used them again.

That service was great. They did our living room and upstairs bedrooms. There were some stains and they were able to get those out as good as they could. I also got a good deal for the service.

They cleaned the carpets in 2 rooms. It was a general cleaning and I wanted them to get a smoke smell out as well. They were professional and on time. I had no problems with them.

That service turned out fine. I keep using them, because they do a good job. They clean 4 rooms of carpet. They are always on time and they do what they said they would do too.

Technician did a thorough job but we were unimpressed with the method of cleaning. There was no vacuuming of the loosened dirt. A chemical is power bushed to loosen the dirt but it is expected that your own vacuuming later will remove it. Unimpressive - we won't use that service again. Back to hot water/detergent cleaning.

They were able to schedule for the next day, and showed up right on time. Recommended appropriate treatments based on carpet age and soil, and were even able to get up an oil stain that didn't respond to home treatments. Maybe more expensive than others, but they're quick to respond and do a good job.

Kevin did a great job cleaning the carpets. I was especially happy about the stairs, which were very dirty and dingy from the pets. He called ahead a couple of times to let me know he was running late and as he was heading to the house. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

I have used Chem-Dry (or their sister company) twice to have our air ducts cleaned. They did a good job the first time. The technician crawled in and seriously got where I didn't even know we had ducts. The second house we used them on - the technician did a good job with the actual cleaning. He was there when he said and it took the quoted amount of time, but in the next couple of days when we had to fire up the furnace, the house was filled with smoke and we had to call our furnace guy. The bottom line - the technician pushed everything in the ducts into the chamber of the furnace so when the furnace fired up it had to burn all that debris off. The house smelled terrible for days, plus the cost of having the furnace repairman come out. This ended up being a very expensive duct cleaning. I probably will look elsewhere next time.

We had some pretty bad flooding in our basement bedroom and bathroom due to a nasty hail storm. I called several water mitigation companies but because there was so much flooding I couldn't get a quick appointment. Chem Dry was the 5th company on Angie's list I called and the first who could come over on such short notice. I want to note that he was reluctant to honor a 10% Angies' list discount code. He claimed that I had called the wrong phone number to get the discount. I get the feeling that he wanted/needed customers to call him directly. The number I called when through the Chem Dry routing I guess. I got him to agree to waive the fee he said he usually charges just to come out and see the problem. When the rep arrived he was unable to commit to a price for his services until he got a look at the room and carpets. Fine. I took him down stairs, and he said he thought he could get rid of the water and dry us out for around 300.00.... maybe. He proceeded to waist more time standing there telling me horror stories about people who waited too long to get the water removed and carpets dry and mold set in. At this point I just wanted to get started. He sucked the water up for about 15 minutes using a hose connected to a machine in his truck. Then he sprayed some stuff on the carpet that he said would kill mold spores. He then set up three big fans and left. This all took him about 30 minutes. I didn't see him for 3 days. When my husband called him to see what the deal was he asked us to move the fans and check if we thought the carpets were getting dry. When he came back to collect his fans and his money he wanted just under 700.00 bucks! He charged me 50.00 per gallon for the spray which he claimed he used 3 gallons of. He certainly didn't tell me about that cost or show me the three gallons he was going to use... It looked like a lot less than a gallon in the little spray thingie he had. And he wanted 50 per fan per day for the fans. He also charged an outrageous amount for the water vacuum thing that he used. I want to note that we had already been using our own big wet vacs to suck up as much water as we could, and we had pulled up the carpet ourselves. I have a neighbor who's ENTIRE basement flooded, not just one little bedroom and she paid 700 for more fans, more days and some serious water clean up. I told the rep that I thought his prices were obnoxious. He brought the price down to 650.00, which I paid just to get him gone. Lesson learned. We could have done everything he did for MUCH less.

They are extremely nice and do a great job. They are very friendly and professional.

It was highly satisfactory. I had pet stains that the guy who came out was able to get out. He gave me spot removal that worked really well and he was just very helpful. He was able to assist me with things that I wasn’t able to manage on my own. The price was comparable to anyone else.

Called Chem Dry at 8am asking if they could do a same day cleaning. They arrived at my home at 11 am and finished by 230pm. Quality was superb. House looked like it had new carpet. These folks at Chem Dry exceeded my expectations. Was a bit surprised by the cost after seeing so many flyers in the mail offering to clean a house for only a couple hundred dollars. But in retrospect Chem Dry was terrific and worth the cost.

New blue jeans indigo dye stained my white couch. ChemDry was able to totally remove the stain. I had not tried to remove the stain myself and that helped. They were extremely responsive from my call to them, advising me of the process they would use, to a very quick response to complete the work. Technican was very pleasant and careful with my other furnishings. Highly recommend and would use again.

They did not honor the coupon that was on Angie's List because they didn't know about it. They were excellent. I liked them. I have used them a lot before and I like them a lot.

I used a personal shampooer on my living room carpet the Friday prior to this service. As a result a strong urine scent filled the area. We must have not done a decent job at picking up after our Toy Yorkies' accidents the past 2 1/2 years. CHEM Dry sent Kevin, a knowledgeable & friendly experienced professional. He first ran a "black light" through the carpet and showed us where ALL the accidents were. If your Carpet cleaning company isn't using one...please ask them to. Your family deserves to know what's on the carpet. It took Kevin approximately 2 hours to give us an odor free and extremely deep clean carpet. His work was very detailed. This is the first time we DIDN"T pay $65 for carpet cleaning on only 250 sq. ft. The total cost came out to $350 with the extra treatment we needed. Their minimum price is $140 for 200 sq. ft. Needless to say their work is guaranteed. Kevin did have to come back and touch up a very small area still lingering with a small urine odor. We didn't need to pay for that visit. Kevin touched up the small area yesterday afternoon. It's Saturday morning and the carpet finally smells fresh and it looks brand new. Please visit their website and view the video showing their new technology. If I didn't need them to treat the urine the carpet would have been dried in less time. They did a wonderful job. I have a little boy and cream colored carpets which is not an easy combination. The carpets smelled fresh and were very clean when they left. The follow up phone call and 'thank you for your business card' were excellent touches and made me a life long customer. I will call them again and again for all my carpet needs!
