Kris was outstanding in provide us with what we needed. He was prompt and professional. He show us all the different options and provide several discounts. We felt like he was doing a project for his own home. He was not trying to take us to the bank, but more so ensure that we get the best value for our project. Best interaction we have had with a contractor.

Windows are ok, but getting replacements is a nightmare. We had a day one breakage (broke on arrival) took two trips to get right. That's over four months of waiting. The siding they damaged? Still waiting. After I got tired of waiting, I sent their corporate office a letter with items to file suit if the issue wasn't resolved in due time. I CONVENIENLY got a call the very next morning stating my windows had arrived and ready for replacement. For the cost of the product, look anywhere but Champion. They only care about not getting sued apparently, and apparently not enough because my siding is still damaged.

I was impressed with the in home visit with Rich. There was no pressure to buy and he was very knowledgeable about the products offered. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced period! Yes, they are less expensive, but it's not worth the headaches to save a little, trust me! Stay as far away from this company as you can. Ordered windows & a door in December of 2022 & we're still fighting with them. We had billing issues from the get go & I had to threaten a lawsuit when no one would respond to my emails for four months! When the door was finally installed it broke the same day, June 16th. I reached out to our sales person who said he would take care of it & nothing. On August 21st, I again threatened legal action & the response was "OH did you want me to put in a service request"? Seriously! At that point I decided that I would rather just go outside of Champion Windows & have it repaired by someone else. Then I receive a threatening letter from their office manager stating that if we don't schedule the service they will send the parts back & then charge us when they have to re-order! So it's ok for them to blow us off for two months & then they have the gall to threaten us! Also, they haven't been out to the house once since the installation so exactly how did they order parts without even assessing the damage? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their response was that I wasn't their customer, my husband was so they refused to speak me. He had to refile the complaint even though we made the decision to purchase together, as most couples do. I hadn't paid for the door portion of the bill because of all of the problems and today I receive another threatening letter saying they are going to file a lein on my property if I don't pay immediately for a broken door. All I can say is stay far, far away from Champion Windows of Colorado Springs. They are absolutely horrible to their customers!

BUYER BEWARE: Champion warranty is only good for 2 years! The door replacement was good. The screen door didn't work properly. Champion took the screen door for repairs and proceeded to lose the screen door. It took three years with visits to the store in Colorado Springs, emails, and phone calls before we had a functional screen door returned to us. I couldn't turn the lock on the glass door, ever. My husband could with much effort. We resorted to using a wooden dowel. Since the "warranty" is only two years, Champion feels the customer should pay a $119 service call. Other companies have lifetime warranties. I suggest a company that stands behind their products.

Professional salesman, installers are efficient, polite, and professional, had a minor issue with a broken window in transit, but it was resolved quickly. We will definately use Champion again.

They arrived on time, got 5 windows installed in 3 hours, cleaned up after the work was completed. Great job!!

Window replacement from hail storm damage. Everything went perfectly and the installer did a great job.

It was great. I don't remember how much they charged me. It took 2 days to get the windows installed. Communication and interaction was good. There was nothing they could've improved on.

This went very well. Admittedly, there were some issues with one door but they came out immediately to correct them. Once they go the window in there were out here immediately. The day they got it in, they were out here the next day. I'd give them all "A's", this is the 4th time I've used them. Love the quality of their windows but I'm even more impressed with their workmanship and guarantee.

They had to come back to fix a lock on one of the doors. I had a window installed in 2004 and after a few years the seal was letting in some cold air and they came out to fix that free of charge too.

They were on time. They did a great job cleaning up every day. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased.

They were really good. Any issues we had, they took care of. They made sure everything was good. It was after a storm and all our windows had lost field on them so they did the entire upstairs. We had a bay window replace a regular window so that was most of our cost. They have a lifetime warranty on it. That's why we chose them. As long as we own the house it's insured or covered. If a field breaks, even if a kid throws a ball through the window they replace the window. They are manufactured in Denver, so they're not made like un Minnesota and then transported here so the seals don't break or change the gas inside as it comes across the country and hits high altitude. Well we only had one issue, just where they put the new bay window something wasn't done where it would look really, really good, so they had a craftsman come out and fix the whole thing and the issues we had were gone. They even went to the point of where, on the Bay window where they cut it, because it was custom made in Denver and then brought here, the wood right along the edge where their finish work would go, there were a couple of areas where it was chipped. They actually had new oak cut, the guy steamed it at their office and then came out and installed a new piece over what was there to make it look perfect. They even looked at how I had it stained already, because it's oak, and they let you stain it in any color you would, but they guy actually went to Ace Hardware, bought a new can of stain to match the stain we had on the framing already and he did all the staining to match it and then left me the can. They went out of their way and everyone was nice about it. It wasn't like they argued. It looks perfect. Basically the windows were custom made for each opening. When they said they were going to be here they came and they always called before and said how many minutes it was going to be before they come. And if they were ever running late they would let us know. There was only one guy that we had issue and it was basically, we took care of it, he was working with a partner and he wasn't quite as conscientious so we had to go to the partner and tell him he needed to put more foam in the cracks. And that was what it was it was just putting sealant in there. Considering we had all these different guys working he was the only one who was like that so I'd hate to take away from their overall when it was only this one person. I hope I never have to do windows again but if we had to do them, I mean I felt like if Mike wasn't here I would feel comfortable with them in my house.

I'd give them all "A's", only because they stand behind everything and all the guarantees that come with it. I would use them again.

We had some windows done in the Summer and then some done in the Fall. They were excellent in all areas. We had several quotes and they were also recommended by friends who had used them. Their communication was excellent. They are very professional, they do a very excellent job, and their product is excellent.

They were very professional from the person who came to measure everything to the young men who did the actual installation. It took three days to do the windows and two days to do the doors and they would always clean up before they left for the day each time. They took down all of our window coverings for us and hung them back when they were finished.

It went very well! We couldn't be more pleased. We are very meticulous and want a project to be completed correctly without cutting corners. We were overjoyed at how well Jason Tahler did living up to those standards. Great guy to have install your windows. Before choosing Champion we received quotes from other local companies but none of them lived up to the quality of Champion. Even though they were pricey we wanted quality rather than just a regular plain window. Each window was about $800 per and then add in taxes and final cost was around $1350.00.

The windows were done good for the most part. I did question whether one was measured correctly. It seemed to have a larger than normal gap on one side. We called to request that a supervisor come look at it. That never happened. My husband ended up filling the gap with weather stripping and then caulked after replacing the trim boards. The patio doors did not fit. They have been installed ?? for 2 months but still have no handles and we can not open them at all. It took 3 phone calls before we got a return call and finally a supervisor to come look. Only after my husband told them how dissatisfied we were and that his wife would most likely give them a terrible review. They are supposed to be coming out this week to finish the job. I hope that my doors, that I wanted so badly, will finally be functional and to my satisfaction. I was very disappointed in the customer service and follow up. A simple return phone call would have gone a long way in making me feel as though I was a valued customer.
