I would not work with this contractor ever again. I am removing all details of my review as they have threatened me with legal action over my original negative review.

Wish I could add pics. Incredible job by Jim and team. Communicated often and approrpiately. Set expectations and if there was a risk/issue, Jim was above table and honest. Could not have been more pleased working with a contractor. Contractors that you implicitly trust are few and far between. Project was major remodel; wall removal, paint, hardwoods, electrical, etc. ~$50k.

Jim and his team did phenomenal work. Not only was the quality fantastic and timely, but his attention to detail, availability, honesty, and willingness to help with all parts of the process was absolutely top notch. He was very sensitive to my budget and accommodated all of my needs. What a wonderful experience! You just do not find contractors like him.

His quality is above and beyond. He provides 100% all the time. He built 3 homes for me in the course of 10 years. Very satisfied. He is my go to guy for any home needs. If you want old world Santa Fe charm with up to date codes, he is your man.

Mr. Cassio has completed 4 separate projects for me. He is an excellent contractor, who pays a high level of attention to detail. He is trustworthy and honest about what he can do, when he can get it done, and what it will cost. His pricing is not the cheapest, but it is fair, and you get what you pay for. He selects good subcontractors who show up and do what they are supposed to do. The workmanship on all of his jobs has been outstanding, and Mr. Cassio does not rest until all the little details are perfect.

He is the only contractor I have worked with that finished on time and on budget. The quality of work was excellent. He supervised the sub-contractors very closely. I was always available to answer any questions I had.

I bought a CASSIO DESIGN BUILD home in late 2006. I was drawn to the house for its unique, modern design and quality workmanship. I loved living in the home and have had no problems or issues. Everything looks and functions as it did on day one. I kept in touch with CASSIO DESIGN BUILD over the years and utilized Jim's services numerous times, from installing an over-the-range microwave, to laying flagstone for a courtyard, to designing and building a cash-wrap for my small business, Domino Home. Perhaps the biggest job I had him dos an entry-way enlargement, which included a wall/door blowout, pouring concrete, electrical, lighting, and drywall. Jim was very helpful in the design and execution of the project. All of his sub-contractors were very professional. The project was done on time and under budget and I couldn't be happier with his work. I will continue to keep CASSIO DESIGN BUILD on file for future work since the work is reliable and of good quality. Jim's eye for design and work ethic make him a General Contractor of exception

We are so pleased with how our bathroom remodel turned out - it is BEAUTIFUL! Jim Cassio and his crew are honest, do excellent work, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and that you are happy with the results. I would highly recommend Cassio Design for any project, big or small.
