Excellent! Work completed professionally, on time, as promised. And they were $1K cheaper than their competitor, FloorCraft (also highly rated on AL), for the exact same materials. My mother loves her new floor, and I love the price! Plus, I learned a neat trick: when they disconnected all the cables from the TV prior to moving the entertainment center, they didn't label the wires--they just snapped a smartphone picture before they started disconnecting things. Presto--instant instructions on how to reconnect everything! I'll have to remember that.

Called me once, I lost the message. They've never called back :(

They installed a difficult tile in my kitchen, and did an outstanding job, on time, professionally, and courteously. After a horrible experience with another carpet company, this experience was a pleasure. I will certainly contact them again.

It went very well. The job was done in two days and very professionally installed. Great service and really nice team.

We are using them again. We just ordered more carpeting from them and we will probably use them again within the next couple of weeks. Their company is locally owned here and they are just really pleasant to deal with. They are very professional and we just like their product. We are going to have them install carpets in the rest of the house this time. We bought really good carpets from them in the past and it was our choice to get the best product that we could. We were satisfied with their pricing and we cannot ask for better people to work with. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Donna is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We looked at several different places for tile but found what we liked at Carpet World. Ordered the tile and it came in when she said it would and we had he tile folks install it. they showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job. A couple years earlier we bought some carpet from Carpet World and it was just as good an experience. Fair price, great customer service, professional installation.

The and quot;putting greenand quot; carpet for the balcony was easily ordered and installed without incident. The two installers worked carefully and the results are beautiful. The carpet for the dining room was easily ordered. As soon as it arrived from the mill, the installers brought it to install. After removing all the dining-room furniture (two tables, 12 chairs, heavy sideboard) and the existing worn carpet, they rolled out the new carpet and discovered there was not enough. I don't know whether the order was too little or the mill did not fill the order properly, but in any case Carpet World had to reorder and absorb the cost of the inadequate material. My dining-room and the family room into which the furniture was moved were unusable for two weeks (I think). Eventually the new carpet arrived, was installed and looks beautiful. In the case of the hardwood planks, Danielle Hurd of Carpet World really went to great lengths to please me: I couldn't find just the color and grain I wanted, and she repeatedly brought samples to my home and even contacted mill representatives to find additional possibilities. I did place an order for what proved to be beautiful beyond my expectations. Her installers had quite a challenge: there are 10 openings off that hall (including two stairs and an elevator); of course, the planks had to be carefully fitted to the surfaces they met. The installers did a fine, careful job. My one complaint is that their cleanup was not as complete as it might have been: debris under the stairs, stain on the baseboard, etc; still, this is very minor compared to the overall quality of their work. I should add that the installers for each job were different men: Carpet World has a deep cadre of workers.

This is a mother/daughter (Donna and Danielle) operation. My first contact was with Donna, by telephone, asking for directions to their place of business. Although I did not give her my name or phone number, I had a call a few minutes later from Donna to let me know that both she and her daughter would be out during the afternoon and that she didn't want me to come and find no one there. I was really impressed by that so our relationship got off to a very positive start. Most of my interactions from that point on were with Danielle because she was the person who I talked with when I did get to the actual place of business. When I told Danielle what I was looking for, she showed me several varieties of carpet and explained the pros and cons of each. She made me feel like I was very important and patiently answered my many questions. She did not try to sell me anything but gave me time to ponder. Finally, I asked for samples of those I thought would best meet my requirements, both in level of quality and color. Danielle offered to come to the house and take measurements so she could provide prices for differing levels of quality when I was ready for that information. Color was the difficult choice and I made several trips to the store for other color samples and Danielle even made a trip to my house to bring a larger sample piece of one of the colors I was interested in. And, as it turned out, that was the color I chose. Another factor in my decision to hire Carpet World was the willingness of the owners to work with my time frame. I couldn't start the carpeting project until a new front door was installed and I wasn't even sure when that would be. In addition, I wanted 3 days between the tear out of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet so that I could clean the floors and do some sanding and painting of the baseboards. When I was ready,two young men were sent to tear out the old carpet and the to install the new carpet. I was very pleased with the job they did from start to finish. They were very careful with the furniture they had to move and were very careful around the freshly painted baseboards. In summary, I could not have been more satisfied with my experiences with this company and highly recommend it to anyone needing new flooring.

Very responsive. Price was great. They even took care of extra costs when they made mistake in bid. Installers were less than professional. Brought kids on site. Spilled some sort of red drink on counter and did not fully clean it. Did NOT put items back (as they were paid extra to do)..left big pieces of furniture stuffed in mechanical room. Threw garbage in a box that had personal belongings. Found several scuff marks throughout house from them.

Install had to be rescheduled due to mfg delay. Other than that, everything else went very smooth. Donna and Danielle were very professional and easy to work with.

We have done business with Donna at Carpet World since 2005. Donna has been more than helpful when you have to decide on tile and/or carpet. Quality means a lot and so does cost if you are on a budget, and Carpet World delivers both. We had tile installed in 2 of our bathrooms and carpet installed in our family room and it looks perfect and we cannot be happier! Donna comes to your home so you can see what the colors will look like or you can visit their great showroom. The installers she uses she personally knows and that makes a difference in today's business to have competent workers. It is always a pleasure working with Donna and we will continue to do so. Donna is there to help you if you are not sure what style, color or brand to go with. She is never high pressure and always honest with you if you want her opinion. So if you are in the market for carpeting, tile, flooring of any kind even wood, please give Carpet World a chance to show you what they have to offer you will not be sorry.

Given the size of the store, we were surprised at how extensive the carpeting selections were. We found six samples that met our ideal specifications and were able to take them home for 24 hours to view them in different lighting conditions. Within two days of our order the carpet was delivered and installed. The price was very reasonable, and the carpet has held up well over the years, even in high traffic areas and in spite of the abuse it takes from our children.
