It's a leap of faith to invite someone into your home and entrust them with all the details of your information systems (as well as the details of your home and family). Aaron Butler of Butler Consulting is worthy of that trust. He's professional and organized and always returns calls promptly. He originally set up my network (including wired and wireless printers, laptop, desktop, etc) 3 years ago. He organized a MESS of cables and ports left by a builder so that my network ran smoothly. He labeled everything and left encryption information so that I could easily access it. Recently, my wireless access was "acting up". I again called Aaron who agreed with my suspicion that my 3+ year old consumer grade wireless router was probably at the end of it's life, plus maybe a problem with a switch in my box. He emailed me a list routers at varying price points with reviews and told me to pick up whichever one I liked on Amazon and give him a call once I got it. Upon calling him back, Aaron came out a day or so later and was able to quickly located a couple of issues with my system. He also relocated some of my hardware for optimal performance and identified some speed sucking settings on my desktop. Aaron services the whole IT package in your home. I really appreciate having a reliable "computer guy" a phone call away.
