+ -1 moreHouse returned to original state, a show home again! Required much dry wall, flooring, and cabinetry replacement. Drying crawl space required removal of crawl space moisture barrier and drying and treating soil underneath to avert any future problems. Original appliances saved and now operable again.
Description of Work: Extensive water damage while we were away Christmas thru New Years. Three house levels involved. Complex water damage ID and removal very thorough. Compared to other water damage contractors I have hired, they were clearly superior and I will hire them next time.

Description of Work: Recent hail storm broke out both skylights at 10 PM. Buffalo Builders here around midnight and covered damaged skylights, vents, roof, etc. Very efficient and helpful. Recommended by our insurance company. Arranged to come back in morning to inspect rest of damage.

+ 2 moreThe work was completed. In several cases we had to have the BBI bring the workers back out to finish or redo parts of the work. I had to ask several times for the roofers to come out and clean up nails, shingles, etc. Even after they completed their third walk around I was finding groups of nails and shingles. The window crew (I believe it was US Glass)was great! Did a good job with a quality product. Started when they said they would and finished on time. Had to have the gutter folks come back to seal end caps. I have noticed since the work was completed that there is a bent gutter on the side of the house.Some gutter downspouts are not the same length and angle so we get drippage and leakage. The project manager was always professional and attempted to get the teams out to make things right. I guess I expected to have things the way they were before the damage but it is not quite right.

Description of Work: Contacted Buffalo Builders as a USAA referral for roof hail damage. They responded with a phone call that afternoon. Didn't hear from then again until I called the following week, at which time they had no recollection of our initial contact. Caution flag right there. They finally came by a few days later and took an estimate but I had already moved on to another roofing contractor, Integrity roofing, referred by a friend, who was outstanding in every respect through project completion. Jerry Fristoe with Integrity is top-notch, period. Granted, it was a busy time for roofers following the major hail storm in August, but if Integrity can follow through in all areas, others should be able to, also.

+ 4 moreExcellent! Project manager handled all details of plumbing, gas, electrical, floors and cabinet installation. Everything moved smoothly according to the project plan and when there was a bump-in-the-road, PM had other work done to remain on timeline.
