 + -1 moreJanna Mulder was our Realtor and provided outstanding service to me and my wife find a new home to buy. Janna patiently worked with us for over 6 months, helping us find a home to purchase. Janna helped us in 2013 find a rental vice buying a home because we were not ready at the time. We really appreciated the fact that she did not pressure us to buy a home with "scare tactics" other Realtors use such as "Interest Rates will go up" or "the market will keep increasing...get in now" just so she could make a sale. Highly recommend Janna. No pressure and listens to your needs/desires.

She helps them save money with closing costs and does everything in her power to keep all parties on target for the closing.
Description of Work: Cindy Grey with Broadmoor Bluffs Realty helped the buyers of a property I financed find the perfect home to fit their needs. She is responsive, ethical, and did a fabulous job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process from contract to closing.
