Mark is great. He takes his time to cover everything in the home and provide a comprehensive report. Always on time and very professional.

first of all let me start off by saying Mark was phenomenal. He showed up on time and as far as thorough work he could not have done any better. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the inspection. This is an indication on how thorough he was. He then promptly sent us the results the following day. This is great for a worried first time home buyer. I have had several questions since then and he has responded in a very timely manner. I'm sure I will have more questions Mark and Brick and Mortar are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. After looking over Angielist inspectors it would appear the average cost was about 400-500 dollars while Brick and Mortar was only 280 dollars. Very satisfied customer, CoRobert

Called setup a date that was convenient to previous home owners and us. I couldn't make the inspection time but our real estate agent and my wife were there. we provided a couple of items we thought should be looked at. ended up being none issues. the house was somewhat new so we didn't expect too many issues. He only found a CO monitor missing and another small item we needed repaired before closing on the house. overall a good experience. thanks
