Repairman showed up and said parts needed to be ordered. In one week the oven part came in; they told me both parts and been received. Not so! Repairman came between 5 an 7. Repaired oven and discovered refrigerator part was not in. ThAt took another week. My oven not only was not repaired, the part that worked didn't after the repair! Guy came last night, yes, between 5 and 7. and quot;Repairedand quot; the refrigerator and checked the oven which is now totally broken. An hour after he left, the same error message came on in my refrigerator. My refrigerator is at 60 degrees until Wednesday. I am still waiting for both appliances to be repaired after three weeks!

I called on Wednesday about the problem, they scheduled me for the next day, and called in the evening to let me know when the repair man would be there in a two hour window, Repair man called to let me know he was running a little late, however he was still going to be there in that widow,. Very polite and went right to work on figuring out what was wrong. Had the part in his van and was able to fix it right away. Mentioned it was a part that he has seen fail many time before.

first they fixed my fridge and dishwasher at the cost of 200 for the fridge and 100 for the dishwasher. Total $399. My dishwasher worked twice.. I called them to come back. They charged me $54 service fee and said the dishwasher was having a different issue and it would be another $342 dollars to fix it. I don't think so. I can buy a new one for that cost. I believe it was the same problem both said circuit board problem however the 2nd guy said the whole panel needed replaced. So $354 dollars later my fridge works my dishwasher does not. :( I would not use them again.

I will not use them again because I did not feel like the technicians were knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem as being two major components of the refrigerator but it turned out to be ice in the tube which, it turns out, is free to fix. They were going to charge me $250. The service technicians did not have experience; they were on the phone with their boss. The staff was not trained.

The workman, Justin Kam, arrived on time and ready to work. He looked at the freezer, which was not cooling. On the phone he had asked if a certain part was frosted over and since I was looking at the wrong part, he was not sure what the problem might be. He drove out to Peyton and diagnosed the freezer as having a bad/broken thermostat. Now since he had received the wrong information from me about the frost, he did not bring the thermostat that fit our freezer thinking it was another problem. However, Justin checked his truck and found a universal thermostat that would work and spent time making small adjustments so that it would work perfectly in our freezer. He was professional, but still with a sense of humor, quick with a diagnosis and repair options and the price was very reasonable. This freezer/fridge has had to be repaired twice before, NOT by this company, and every time the total bill was over $600, so I was so relieved when the price was so low and everything started working, since I have literally paid for this fridge/freezer twice now in repairs. We would not have to get this one hauled away and go through the expensive and delivery of a new one. Justin left us with some coupons for the future and his card so that if any problems came up we could contact him. Wonderful A+ service and I would definitely recommend this company to a friend or family member with no trouble at all.
