Rich and his team were the best movers I have had in the last 10 years. Being in the US AIR FORCE I moved 6 times in the last 10 years and they by far were the best. Took care of me and all my personal belongings in a great manner. Gave me a bid and it was within $25 of the actual final bill. They will take care of you and all your valuable treasures. Rich and his team were fantastic. Excellent communication before the move. Arrived right on time with an excellent crew. All team members were highly professional, personable, and easy to work with. Very efficient and hard-working. When the new apartment was not ready for unload, Rich stored our things overnight for a very reasonable charge and delivered first thing the next morning. We will recommend Rich to friends and use his services again in future.

Richard and crew were professional, kind, prompt, careful with packing, patient, and efficient. They booked a short notice move and turned a stressful situation into a fun and stress free experience. They kept me informed of their arrival time and were willing to come back the following weekend to move my boxes into all rooms of the new house. BOX Pack ‘n Move is the best! We have lived in our home for 33 years and had nine children during that time. Suffice it to say the home had a LOT of stuff - even after significantly purging. Richard and his team packed the entire home (3,400+ sf) in one day. Loading was done over the next day and a half. Richard was an expert at getting everything loaded as efficiently as possible to minimize the number of trucks used. There were a few miscommunications (as can be expected with such a large move), but Richard was professional and cheerful about making sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. In fact, the entire crew was nothing but cheerful, professional and respectful the entire time. Huge shoutouts to Jordan and Juan for their tireless work and dedication to detail. As we’ve been unpacking, and I am looking for a particular item, it is not long before I find it. The packing and labeling were indispensable in helping us get to items needed right away. I was quite impressed at how careful the whole team was with our furniture and preventing damage to our homes. I had just shampooed the carpets in our new home and the crew was very careful to step on and wipe their feet thoroughly on rugs I provided for them. If you’re planning a move, BOX Pack ‘n Move is your best bet.

The team is excellent. They stepped in t to fix a disaster in just a day’s notice. Their attitude was extremely positive, kind and professional at an extremely stressful time. They packed boxes, moved furniture and packed the truck to the ceiling. I know my treasured items are secure and will arrive safely after their cross country trip. I highly recommend them.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. They were able to do the job quickly for us, and professionally with a smile on their face. They wrapped the piano nicely to ensure it was protected during travel, and they worked diligently to get it exactly where we wanted it, making sure we were happy with everything before they left.
