+ -1 moreThe WORST !!!!!! My wife purchased a groupon for this service and scheduled it to happen weeks in advance of our company coming to town. She clearly explained where we lived and was told that this was not a problem. The day of the cleaning arrived and we received a call from them stating that we were out of their service area. This was two days before company, are you kidding me!!! I called and finally spoke withDarlene and I was told that the groupon stated we had to be less than 30 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. I told her that we were less than that ( El Paso / Douglas County line at hwy 83, mapquest it Darlene) but she wouldn't budge. Then I offered her almost double the price, now suddenly she says well okay we will be there Sunday. Sunday rolls in, no cleaning people, no phone call. I call my office phone and get a lame message from her saying that they lost the address and home phone number as well..... RIGHT..... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT AND PAIN IN THE A$$.

Description of Work: We purchased a groupon deal for 6 hours of cleaning. They were late, even after calling to say they were available earlier. The kitchen and bathtub looked fantastic, but I'm not sure they cleaned much else.

+ -1 moreI purchased a Groupon for housecleaning. The deal was from Blue Spruce Cleaning for 6 man hours of deep housecleaning.The staff was friendly and I made my appointment with ease. I wasn't there to wach them clean therefore I'm not sure what they"cleaned". My husband called and asked if the house was ever cleaned. I was disappointed with the results. I basically threw away $99. I will not use this company again.
