She dealt with our unpredictable lender well, and was very laid back?just what we needed. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a "real" person in realty.

 + -1 moreI ended up not using them because the area that my house is located was really outside their normal selling area. However, the agent that responded to me Angie's List inquiry, Leslie Stahl, was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting pics and the house listed in the MLS. If they were more familiar with the Calhan/Falcon area, I would have stayed with them for sure. I changed agents when I noticed that the comps that were provided for me were for manufactured homes, while mine was a stick built. Kind of a big deal when selling.
