Blicks Fencing

The overall project went very well. There were some odd elevation changes in my yard that caused the fence to ripple a little but when I mentioned it Bllicks fence company guys had no problem re-cutting the slats that bothered me. I'm very happy with the fence installation and overall and highly recommend this fence contractor.

Excellent. After several years, the fence looks like new and after the recent winds, not the least bit of problems. Will use them again if I ever need to have a fence replaced.

It was installed quickly. He used metal posts instead of wooden ones which I liked better for durability. He was very knowledgeable about gates and gate openers. I would definitely use him again.

Fantastic. They were punctual, professional and kind. Work is superb. More expensive than others BUT would quality is much better and thicker.

We love our new fence! I called Mike and I had a relatively short deadline for getting the split rail fence put in at our new home so that our dogs could go outside without leashes. (I am told that summer scheduling for fence installation is hard to find and definitely so if you want it done quickly!) Mike was great to deal with. He understood our needs and said he would find a way to get it done. He went above and beyond to make sure it got started within our timeline. He had Geoffrey come out to do the installation as agreed upon. Geoffrey first came out to make a temporary wire fence as Mike had promised, so the dogs would have an enclosed area right away until the fence could be completed. He did a great job with the fence installation and even with working with the neighbors who came out more than once to check on the installation (as the fence is adjacent to their yard and they have a very well manicured landscape with trees along the property line.) We couldn't be more pleased with the fence! The neighbors also commented on how great it looked and how it was easy to work with Geoffrey when it came to their line of trees along the property line (some of which extended onto our property and partially in the way of the fence.) 
Mike oversaw the installation and made sure it was all progressing to our liking. His prices are competitive with other companies, but his willingness to meet our needs and to do so quickly made him by far the best choice for us! The completed fence is exactly what we wanted and it looks fantastic! We are so glad we found Blicks Fencing! We recommend Mike and his company to anyone wanting a wonderful fence and wanting a company that goes out of their way to make things happen! I can't imagine having a better experience or a better finished product.

Matt was very good we had to work around some very cold weather but he kept in contact with me to let me know about progress. All in all it only took him a day to do most of the work and a couple of hours the next day to finish and clean up.

It was just fine. They did a good job. They charged what they quoted to begin with.

We contacted Blicks Fencing in addition to several other fence companies and the owner Mike Blickenstaff was the only one who quickly returned our phone call.  He came out the next day to give us an estimate which we knew was very reasonable.  Mike also said that they would be able to come out in a few days for the fence installation.  Last year we had a bad experience with another fence company when we replaced the other side of our fence, so we were a little apprehensive.  After we signed the contract, Mike checked his work schedule and called us to say they would be out in two days.  Matt, the fence installer, also called us to verify the date and time he would be out.  Matt arrived on time and we soon learned that this man is a true professional.  We had a somewhat difficult back yard with lots of plants and tall vines right next to our fence line.  I asked Matt to be careful of the vines and very little damage was done to them.  It was so apparent to us that Matt had many years of experience and the quality of his work is very important to him.   The cedar fence is just beautiful and perfect in every way.  Matt has a high work ethic and is a perfectionist down to the last detail. In finishing up, Matt even raked the dirt next to the fence so it had an even appearance.  Our next door neighbors are so impressed with Matt's work they told us they are going to have him replace their cedar fence. 
Overall experience with Blick's Fencing was very positive and a pleasure to deal with.  Bottom line,  if you are researching fence companies you need to look no further than Blick's.  You will be glad that you did.

Overal fence looks good.  Still several problems with incomplete work.  Owner has yet to actually come when times are agreed upon and hasn't called when he wont show up.  No work ethic, and the typical get his paycheck and run and try to stall or blow off the customers with problems in hopes that they will eventually give up.  More worried about getting that next contract instead of finishing current projects.  Worst company I have ever dealt with period.
