Ben was honest, on time and did a great job. I would hire again and would recommend. Hot water heater died on worst time, Friday afternoon, but we worked through pictures and got an estimate, hired and replaced the next day, amazing.

I got four different quotes for the replacement of my water heater. Ben's quote was by far lower than many of the others. And his work was thorough with great communication along the way. I would highly recommend BDM and will use them again in the future for other projects!

Our water heater started leaking last Thursday evening. I texted Ben, not expecting a response until the next day. He responded that night. The next afternoon, he had my replacement heater on site. A short time later it was installed, just in time for the cold Temps. I may have just got lucky with his schedule, but he had the availability and took action.
