I couldn't find a local plumber to make an after-hours emergency call for a gas line leak so I called Bill's Plumbing and Drain after seeing some positive reviews for them. They were very responsive and one of the owners came out the same evening. He was back the next morning with parts that were needed and completed the repair. They did an outstanding job and worked well with the gas company to get our gas utility quickly and safely operating once again. The price was also very reasonable for and emergency call.

Went well, lose shower leg was fixed next day.

Chris, the tech, left unfinished and he won't return my calls. the job Leaked. Needs attention. Chris won't return my calls. He won't come back to finish the job. Chris installed the upgrade to my shower including fixtures. He installed the fixtures upside down, with no hot water. The job took 3 days. No shower for those days. After Chris left, still no hot water. Therefore no shower, going on 6 days now. Chris won't return my calls. He did not rebuild all of the tiles he destroyed and did not finish up sealing the shower spout. Poor job. The office will not return my calls.

He came, he did the work, we had a short conversation, and he left!

Bill's Plumbing has always been professional. I love that they give honest and reasonable quotes and will tell me when something is not urgent. They also honor their quote and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. They are great at giving preventative tips too. They advised us to choose one faucet brand over another because it would be cheaper and easier to repair in the future because replacement parts were more accessible.

Technician showed up on time. He installed part needed to provide the scald protection but the device failed to work correctly. Gentleman called his office and they sent another guy with a different scald protection device. Second device worked correctly. The whole job took about four hours but I was only billed for two hours (original time estimate was 1 to 2 hours). I was totally satisfied with the services provided. Also liked the second scald protection device better because it included a thermometer as part of the unit.

It was perfect! They were on time, professional, clean, thorough, friendly and explained everything.

They are excellent and I would hire them again. I would highly recommend them.

I was given an estimate which accurately described the cost at the end of the work. I am pleased to say that the work has greatly improved access to our washing machine. Before the plumber arrived, the water pipes were in front of and too close to the washing machine. The old condensate drain ran across the floor in front of the washing machine and into a floor drain. Overall, the old configuration (before the plumber fixed it!) represented a trip hazard that needed to be addressed. All pipes have been relocated to an out-of-the-way area and the drain for the A/C condensate runs into a proper (new) drain. Thanks for the excellent service!

Great experience overall. Mike came to replace faucet quickly and efficiently. Initially spoke to Justin to set up job. Worked with Mindy to get appointment. The whole team was very accommodating and resolved my plumbing issue.

I would like to thank this company. Our garbage disposal suddenly stopped working. I called for a service appointment. She recommended I check a button underneath to reset it in case it had just been clogged. I hit the button and it reset and worked. Very grateful for their kindness and willingness to help over the phone.

The sink problem is fine. I have been waiting for three months to have my frozen valve fixed. I am about to fix it myself.333.00

Arrived over an hour late. Receptionist said amount would be $120-$150 depending on where my line opened. As soon as they got here they informed me the line was too far from the main (literally across the street) so the total would be over $200. I don’t know why the receptionist can t say if it needs additional line there will be an additional cost but she didn’t. After service was performed I was told there was sludge in the line which couldn’t be cleaned out. Since I was paying for cleaning I do not understand what was cleaned then. So what did I just pay for? I would not recommend this service or this company.

My wife and I contracted with Bill’s Plumbing to install an whole-house water filtration unit and install a natural gas line from the basement utility room to the main floor kitchen. Mike served as our technician, we noted his work habits and attitude were most outstanding. His attention to detail and thoroughness made our small project a complete success. Mike is a professional, subject matter expert, which is a key ingredient for excellent results with home improvement projects. This is the first time I've used Bill's Plumbing & Drain. Robert and his apprentice were on time and efficient and did a fantastic job. Robert did a good job of explaining things, had some helpful suggestions as well and did a good job of cleaning up the job site. Communication was good from the start of the project with Mindy and the entire job ran very smooth. Will definitely use again.

Mike showed up 3 hours prior to the 12-2 service window. I was not prepared as I work quite late. He agreed to come back later and came right on time. Mike was very professional, helpful, and efficient. I would absolutely call them again if I had any plumbing issue.

Hired Bill's plumbing to remove and replace two leaking faucets feeding the sprinkler system on a house built in the 80s. Nick arrived and was personable and professional. He completed the job in short order and upgraded the old faucets to proper plumbing. No leaks and great work considering small space and previous inefficient plumbing. Thanks

BJ was outstanding. Very professional and talented. He called to say when he'd arrive. The old water heater was out and the new one with expansion tank was working in less than two hours. BJ is a very personable individual who answered all our many questions. I'd recommend him and this company to anyone.

BJ and associate were awesome. Clear on what they would do, and they did it. Went as well as it possibly could.

I had an 8-10am window and at 10:10 I called the office to find out why no one was even on their way. The office tracked down the tech and called back to inform me that I wasn't on his schedule at all. We agreed he'd come after the current job around noon, and he showed up at 12:45. I asked for a discount for the inconvinience and was offered nothing, because he was waiving the "trip charge" I was never told to expect. He did what we asked him to do and apologized for the confusion. The office staff seems to be to blame for the issues today. It was not worth waiting around all day for a 15 minute fix and at the price I was charged.

Nick was scheduled to come out after hours but was running ahead and was able to make it out within 3 hours of my initial message...which saved us some money. He called ahead to make sure I was available. He fixed the problem and gave me some advice about replacement in the near future. He’s a life saver and the whole team is professional, thoughtful, and kind.
