Description of Work: Whole house carpet cleaning and he did out area rugs as well.

+ -1 moreI can't think of any "don'ts" when working with Bill's Carpet and Upholstery. He was on time, through, got spots out we had given up on.
Description of Work: We have never had our carpets cleaned so well. We have white carpets and were ready to replace all the carpet in our house. Bill made them look practically new again and they are 15 years old. Bill was honest and did not try and sell us anymore than what we needed, like scotch guard. He worked hard and fast. He charged half of what we are use to paying. We plan on using Bill again and again.

+ -1 moreProject included two bedrooms with walk-in closts, plus two stairways, one from first floor to second, the other from basement to first floor. Each stairway had one landing. Phone estimate was slightly less than the actual charges, but then they didn't see the actual space and were going on my description. They did not charge for the upstairs hallway. When I mentioned Angie's List, they offered the A. L. discount without my asking. Arrived on time and went to work promptly. Very efficient. Carpets looked great when they were done. I would not hesitate to hire again.

+ -1 moreBill did a great job and showed me how dirty the carpets had become. He cleaned them and even did a couple of throw rugs! On time and professional.
Description of Work: Had my small house full of carpets cleaned. I have 5 rooms and stairs. The carpets were cleaned and a solution was used to get the smell of the dog the folks who owned the house previously had.

Description of Work: Steamed cleaned carpet in 7 areas plus 3 throw rugs and a runner. Got out a couple rust stains out which thought would be impossible. Explained everything. Owns all equipment.
