The crew did an excellent job on all of the yard work that was done for us in the past 6 months. They are very responsive, always on time and extremely professional in their handling of our needs. They also listen to what we need and then execute as expected. During the snow season they always showed up on a timely basis and did a great job clearing the drive and walkways. I would not hesitate to recommend Big M for any lawn and garden maintenance.

The snow removal on the driveway went very well. there was a bit of a quality control issue with removal of the snow from the steps. Communication with Morgan DeVan, the company owner, quickly resolved this issue.

Performed clean up service this year though it was not up to par of what was done in the past. Also hired to do weed whacking in area I had fire mitigated and was 2 months overdue so I did the work myself. Unfortunatley the quality and timeliness/responsiveness of the services have decline year-over-year so I had to move on. Still like the owner, but needs to get better help and focus on customer service again.

No follow thru with work promised. Left us high and dry waiting for their no show. Then they called and picked up the job project description. No call again after over `10 days. Need a good lawn care or landscaper? RUN THE OTHER WAY AND FAST.

My drive is steep and curvy and can be difficult to get truck up safely if icy but Morgan has gotten the job done each of the 7 times I have required snow removal. Between shoveling, snow blower and plow, he gets the drive down to black top in most cases. Although I have not been able to count on specific time of job, the results have been good.

Morgan was very professional, friendly and insightful. He provided good to know info for me to keep in mind when deciding on lawn care and service.

A truly outstanding experience! Morgan is very professional. His staff worked harder than I have seen other contractors in recent years. He was done on time and below his estimate. He worked with me to make sure I did not order more material than needed. Very professional, up front and HONEST. I asked if he could do some additional work I needed done. He said it was beyond his capability, but he would recommend someone he could work with. Morgan is very easy to work with. He also does snow removal. I will use him again!

We are going to continue to use his services for lawn care. He is very considerate and attentive to asking questions before he does anything. I really enjoyed him. He and his crew are very cool.

I wasn't there.....I just know that the now looks great. They even got into the scrub oak down our back hill and cleaned out the leaves from the previous fall. They cleaned out pine needles and pine cones, trimmed trees and bushes, did full service on the yard. And Morgan is just about the nicest and most polite young man one could ever work with. He is scrupulously honest and a very hard worker.

My yards were much in need of a clean-up. There was a lot of weed growth coming out of the Xeriscape. Big M's Lawn Care did a very thorough Spring clean-up. They pruned the bushes and tree branches in both the front and back yards. All debris was removed including leaves, branches, and weeds. The price included the use of 4 man hours to weed the front and back yards. The price also included drive time, gas, dumping and dump fees. I've had various companies do Spring clean-up in the past, and this was definitely the best quality of work that I've had done!! Top quality work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!! I will call them again for future work.

Big M's will schedule you for a regular service day and take care of the lawn, edging, etc without any engagement from you. It just happens (when I'm at work) and the place always looks squared away. They will then contact you throughout the summer to recommend various extra jobs such as fertilizing, weed repellant on the rock areas, and such. I've never gotten the feeling that they were trying to load me up with additional charges though and liked the ease of communicating with them. Billing is easy - they use an Intuit site where they email you a voucher, you click on the link, and can go pay on-line (without a fee). Very professional, very low maintenance from my side - excellent service!

I found Big M’s Lawn care on Angie's List last spring when I moved to a new area of town. Since then I’ve found Morgan to be reliable, reasonable and easy to work with. In addition to mowing my lawn weekly during the 2013 season, his crew did my sprinkler system blowout and my fall cleanup including some tree and bush trimming. Morgan also does residential snow shoveling and has been a great help this winter. I'm unable to shovel my own walks so it's great to have someone reliable to depend on. Morgan and his workers are efficient and thorough. I've never had to ask for anything to be corrected. When I've have a special request Morgan has been quick to respond. He also points out any potential problems or concerns that he sees in my yard. For example, a tree branch was putting pressure on the top of my wooden fence and would have damaged the fence had it been left much longer. It wasn't really noticeable from the house and I appreciated having the problem pointed out before further damage was done. Morgan's fees are reasonable and I plan to use his services again this year.

I am disabled and unable to shovel the driveway and sidewalks, so I contracted with Morgan to help me with this service. His crew is punctual, and do a great job of the driveway, front door entryway and stairs, and sidewalks in front of the house. I will continue to use Morgan for snow removal, and would recommend him for this service to anyone needing residential snow removal services.

I think if you want to do business with people you should call them back.

Got the job done but not the weeds as he used another person for this. Couldn't arrange the weed guy so we found our own on Angieslist. Thanks Angieslist!

Big M's price is comparable to other similar services in the area. I have had one or two quality issues (e.g., weeds not being pulled), but Morgan was quick to remedy the situation. He's also very flexible in terms of addressing last minute requests. Additionally, have had some on-line payment issues, but that may have been user error on my part. Morgan is very pleasent to work with and I would recommend him.

Big M's Morgan, took care of removing the snow from our driveway and walkways. He is careful, through, and pays attention to details. Takes the extra step in providing quality service at a reasonable price. Will be using his services, this winter.

They arrived on time, mowed the lawn, cleaned up the clippings, edged the lawn and left. All within 30 minutes. They are fast effieient and do good work.

They are very reliable and conscientious. They do a great job overall. He is very prompt punctual. I have never had any issues with them at all. He is a very professional guy in the lawn care business. They did a complete spring clean up which took three days. He did exactly what I wanted him to do. I plan on calling him back.
