Big Bob's Flooring Outlet Colorado

After getting my house back in order after the install, I had to make sure I left a review of this amazing company. My wife n I were totally screwed by Empire and left high n dry. I called around town but no one could install for about a week or more. When I called Big Bob's Flooring I was told to come down and they would try to help us out. We not only found the same exact style of carpet and pad, but also was told Jose could install the next day. He was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. My family can not thank this company enough for the professionalism, and great work. Not only that but they beat the price of the bigger company's by a landslide. Such a wonderful company and highly recommended!!!!

Met with someone to take the measurements and then never heard back! I end up calling them a week and a half later and then I'm told the work is out of their scope of work! So, why wasn't I told that when I made the appointment to meet someone to take measurements? Or how about when that gentleman saw the project? Apparently they either don't install hardwood on stairs, or they don't install it if they don't SELL it to you.

Frank came, introduced himself and got right to work. The guys even took lunch, which in my opinion was a very late lunch! They could have gone before they went. Stayed until job was done & kept us updated.

We received a recommendation from a local company to check out Bib Bob's Flooring Outlet on S. Academy. Brittney called me to see if I was interested in having Big Bob's come out and measure our rental. We agreed and David came out to measure. David did a good job measuring but also determined we needed to have some Kilz oil applied to the floor after the carpet was pulled up due to pet urine that had come through the rug. David also made sure we had underlayment for two of our bathrooms. When I met Brittney at the store, I have to admit this probably would not have been a store I would have chosen on my own. However, Brittney was very professional and worked with me to choose the best carpet and vinyl in our price range. When the installer Orlando showed up with his helpers Marcus and Zach he was super helpful. He had a lot of questions on the color of the trim metal and made suggestions on other items that showed he took pride in his work. This team was incredibly conscientious and accommodating all through the installation. I can't say enough about the quality of their work. My husband and I will definitely recommend Big Bob's Flooring Outlet to our friends. When we remodel our house, we definitely will use Big Bob's! They might not have the fanciest showroom in town, but I trust them completely!

I have used this company twice. The first time was to carpet my entire house. It was fine except it was over a holiday weekend and what was supposed to be carpet removed and started friday and finished saturday turned into they came friday and didn't come back until tuesday to finish. We weren't too happy about that and the place was closed the entire weekend so we didn't have any way to contact them. We also had movers set up to come sunday and monday so it messed up everything with our move in. The second time I used them was to carpet the stairs. When we carpeted the house we wanted to put oak on the stairs to match the flooring on the first floor. We decided against that after we really looked at the stairs under the old carpet and called them back to come finish the stairs. They had to order the carpet but had it done the next week and it only took the guy about an hour to do. He was also very professional and early. So even though they had some delays the first time I would still recommend them.

Was quite fast and on time. All the work was done as advertised.

Bid was prompt and reasonable; less expensive than 3 other shops we had contacted. Staff was very helpful and friendly in assisting us to select a flooring product with the right color combinations. Installation done by a sub-contractor, but he did a good job.

My house burned in the Waldo Canyon National Disaster in 2012 and we picked Guy and Big Bob's for our flooring replacement. After the carpet was installed it started to unravel due to defective manufacturing. After the manufacturer refused to pay to have the carpet replaced Guy/Big-Bob's honored his warranty and replace all the carpet in the entire house at his own expense. The new carpet is perfect and beautiful. I will use and recommend Guy for the rest of my days. I will happily talk with anyone on the phone to attest to my belief in using Guy's services - my phone number can be obtained through Guy at Big Bob's.

Awesome - they were true professionals, arrived on time, cleaned as they went, and even gave a helpful tips on the tile work we did on our own.

This is the first time I have ever had to make a purchase such as this and I wish everything in life could go as smoothly. The address may throw you off, but the inside of the store is very impressive. I met with the owner, Guy, who showed me samples and gave me hours to flip through everything to make my choices. Bud came over and did the measurements a few days later with my price in hand, which was way better than other competitors, the following day. Financing was easy. The install crew went waaaaay above and beyond and got everything done in a day! I can't express how happy I am with this whole experience. I highly recommend this company!
