They were good about arranging an extra day. I think because it was there during a bad snow storm ,I couldn't use it because workers couldn't work for 3 days . They should offer a reduced rate. It Emma's a waste of money

Some of the best customer service there is. They have a sense of urgency to get back to you and are very polite. We live on the outskirts of there delivery area and are always on time, they place the dumpster exactly where you want it and there prices can't be beat.

This was the first time I hired a dumpster and it was a great experience. From my initial contact to getting a text message reminding of the dumpster removal. The dumpster itself was clean and having the back door fully opening made it very easy to load.
