Matt and his wife were very responisve and worked with me on a time to provide the work. They called prior to their arrival to let me know they were on there way. They then completed the repairs as needed. This is not the first time that I had used their services. They are a great team and business.

Matt and Jen arrived when scheduled, and had the valve replaced in a timely manner. This is the only company I have ever trusted to work on my sprinkler system, as always deliver as promised and are truthful regarding what is the best course of action for me, not them.

We have never owned a home with a sprinkler system before. After researching the internet about how it should be done properly we decided to go with a professional. I left a message with them as it was after business hours. They promptly returned the call and scheduled an appointment with us. Due to a sharp turn in the weather, their schedule was already full, but they were able to work us into their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. They were on time for their appointment. They were able to answer questions for us about the system, and what would need to be done to turn it back on in the Spring. They also told us about their service that they offer in the spring. We were very pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, and service. We will be using them again.

I'm writing the review well after the service and I don't remember the exact price. Theirs was a little more than other adds I've seen, but I was happy with their work.

It went well. We have been using Baker Irrigation for nearly 3 years, and we are never disappointed. When we first moved here from Chicago, the irrigation system was nearly 15 years old and in disrepair, but Baker was savvy enough to get the system up to par once again.
