The water to my home had to be turned off in order to replace the damaged pipe. It was a bit of a challenge to find where to turn off the water on my property, but once done the repair was completed in a short amount of time.

John Baird, owner of the company completed our plumbing project , a total remodel of our master bathroom. We added a new Jacuzzi Whirlpool tub with a separate walk-in shower along with a new sink vanity top and toilet. A lot of new plumbing was needed. John helped us with all the details and explained to us what he was going to do, according to what we wanted done. We had him do the work on a time and material basis-, something most homeowners are intimidated by. We can assure everyone that John and his employees work very hard and fast to complete a project. They didn't sit down for a second during the time they were here. We are very impressed that if he had a question on what type part fit to a certain fixture that we had purchased that he was able to immediately call for the information he needed. He told us a date that he would start our project and he was here on that day. We would definitely recommend Baird and Sons plumbing to any neighbors or friends living in the region for their plumbing needs. A very knowledgeable, experienced plumber that can take all the headaches out of a new or remodel construction project.

John Baird came out on the day we talked and identified the problem ordered the parts and repairs were made by 9AM the next morning.
