Selected my lights... they were helpful. Reviewed the initial invoice, not correct... but that is what a review is for. Ordered the lights. allowed 4-6 weeks before builder needed them. When the builder called for them, the only lights available were the ones that were in the showroom. Two weeks before closing builder informs me that ABL informed them two of the lights were on back order until the 3rd. We closed on the 10th, lights still not installed by ABL or made available for electrician. Contacted ABL after we moved in to set up install. Informed no light delivery was pending all lights had been delivered. I corrected them and said no, the situation was... I was told they would call back, no call back. I called again, left message, no call back for 2-3 (business) days. They stated they figured out the problem and warehouse would call to set up an appointment. TWO WEEKS LATER --NO CALL! So I called back again to be told the missing shade from the laundry room light fixture was unavailable so they decided (not ME) to hold off installing the pendant lights in the foyer/hallway... (Seriously, who really needs to welcome people to their NEW home with nice light fixtures... garage socket lights are perfectly fine!) .... I was "professionally angry" and calmly let them know that would be not be acceptable; and I got to say they were shocked that I didn't want the garage socket fixtures in my foyer/hallway for one more minute. REALLY?!?!?!?! I was told "Tamara" would call and set up an install appointment. To her credit, she did, I missed the call... and a week later I still haven't gotten a return call back! I really wish I had seen the other posting concerning this mismanaged company. I have never written an online complaint or filed a BBB complaint, but for these guys I felt it was needed! I did a lot of our light fixtures shopping at Lowes and Overstock.com <--- Love them both! I just want my relationship with this company

EXTREMELY POOR
Description of Work: We purchased several expensive lights at ABL over the past few years. Recently a single pendant lamp stopped working. We took in into ABL for repair over 2 months ago. We never received a call, or any word on the repair. We called them on 11/26/11 inquiring about the lamp and was told the part had just been ordered. That was after more than a month. I called over a month after we were told the part had been ordered and were told they had the part in hand and would give it to the repair man and it would not be ready until late next week. They have jacked us around, never communicated and personally, I think These folks are lying to us! Don't ever do business with these guys if you want service and a vague idea of what is going on. If you buy something there, NEVER take it back for any kind of repairs. These guys don't give a d*** about service.
