the original installer would not reply to voicemail, nor text message, so I read the reviews of Aspen and had them come out. The original install used industrial double sided tape, but that apparently only works on perfectly flat surfaces. The technician from Aspen cleaned off the old tape and fixed it properly with RTP silicone caulk which will mold itself to the surface and maintain flexibility. They explained the process, explained the fix and completed it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Great work and would use again.

I called last week and asked about a rough estimate for the work. After I explained what we needed, they gave me a rough price. They said if I brought the window in myself, it would be a better price. Made perfect sense. My wife brought the window in about 10:00 am on Monday. The sign on the door said "Closed". she tried the door and it was unlocked. Once entering, she mentioned the sign on the door - it didn't seem to matter to the woman inside. When my wife said she needed a window to be measured for replacement, she was told there was no one available. She would need to come back very early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when the crews were in the office. This begs the question, if we had them order the glass, how long would it take to do the repair, since no one works during the day in the shop. We decided to go to another company (also on Angie's List). They had people working in the shop, measured the window, and the glass is on order. I guess we should have went to them first!

We went in to the store to look at what they had to offer, left our contact info with receponist and after no call from them in a week, we called them. Our info was "LOST". Once they came out and saw what we neede it went smoother. The workmanship was great and the office was better at communicating.

I broke the glass out of a small sliding window in a bathroom so I contacted Aspen glass to see if they could repair it. I was able to remove the slider with the broken glass and took it to their shop. I was delayed getting there and they were closing up shop. They stopped everything and took my broken window in the shop and got it fixed up in about 15 minutes. The glass matched perfectly and they went above and beyond in my opinion and it only cost me about $38! I can't say enough good things about Aspen Glass and their customer service. I highly recommend them.

Measure, fabricate and install Very professional

This is the second time I have used Aspen Glass and they are great. The first time they repaired a patio door window at our daughter's house (they just bought the house and I broke the while glass weed-whacking). This time I wanted to update some windows to a more efficient glass. The windows were custom and installed in 1987. The casements were still in good shape so it was easier to upgrade the glass from the old double-pane glass with broken seals to a low-e glass insert. Mike and Phil were the guys who did the installation and they did a wonderful job. I also asked them to check a leak in some windows I had installed two years ago by another company and were leaking. They found the source of the leak and were able to identify a solution. I still have six patio door and 15 window panes to replace and plan to use Aspen Glass to do the work.

Aspen Glass came to measure the broken window the same day I called them. They gave me an estimate the following day and ordered the window. The window arrived sooner than expected given that it was the busy season. They were courteous, prompt, and much less expensive than another quote I received. They cleaned up and left everything in good order. I wish I had called them for a quote prior to replacing 13 windows a year ago. I will definitely use them again.

My experience with Aspen Glass went extremely well. Their representative came to my house promptly to make an estimate after being contacted through your site and beat the competitor's bid significantly. They installed the windows efficiently and left no mess. I am very pleased with my experience and plan to use them again.

Years ago, we had a bathtub taken out and had it turned into a shower. We had Aspen Glass remove the old shower door assembly and replace with a sliding door that is hinged from the top (this makes for easy cleaning of the track below). The representative came to the house, showed us several door choices and gave us an excellent price for the replacement. The two gentlemen who came to do the work were very professional and did an excellent job in the replacement which did not take as long as we had thought. We really like the shower door and would highly recommend Aspen Glass.

Need window panes quickly for our rental property. We were already behind schedule and Aspen Glass was able to cut them on the spot for a reasonable price. Everywhere else wanted 2-3 weeks!! These guys are awesome and great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

I needed a couple of extra glass shelves for my wide Pulaski Curio cabinet. After dealing with Pulaski, the furniture company here in town that I'd bought the Pulaski from and a couple of other glass companies in Colorado Springs, I settled on and was pleased with Aspen Glass... Their prices were better, their customer service and patience were great. I would try them again.

I needed some custom tempered glass shelves to upgrade/re-model current setup. Very helpful with tips and suggestions. Project came out above expectations. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Recommended

In spite of small job Aspen glass responded and treated the work as if it were a major project. They responded quickly, sent very capable people and we were very pleased with the work.

Andy and his folks saved me from the dog house after I managed to break a custom glass/mirrored enclosure of my wife's. Custom heavy smoked mirror, with molding attached, broken glass still in the wood, etc. etc. The replacement glass is perfectly matched and cut, and the molding is attached exactly right; all in a two day period. I though the cost would be huge, but they did it for under 120$. Very appreciative for their work and professionalism (and for saving me a whole bunch of grief...!). I would definitely recommend Aspen Glass Inc. to my friends, and will certainly be back myself for any glass work I need done.

Great, no problems, no issues!

Aspen Glass is amazing! I had two projects that were small and very inexpensive. I wasn't even sure they would want to fool with my repairs, but they did gladly. The people at Aspen Glass are so friendly and helpful. They do make you feel like a very special customer. We ordered the mirror and glass top on Tuesday afternoon, July 2nd, and were told that because of the July 4th holiday, our pieces might not be ready until next Tuesday. Much to our surprise, we received a call bright and early the next morning, July 3rd, saying our pieces were ready for pick up. They did a wonderful job. They even installed the mirror back into the frame which they didn't have to do. It fit perfectly and looked great. The glass top piece that they cut fit perfectly on the table when we got home. We were so pleased and so glad that we had checked Angie's List when looking for a company to go to. They exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend Aspen Glass to anyone wanting quality, exceptional work at an amazing price. I am not surprised they had such high rating on their Angie's List profile. They are the best!!!

They found a crack in the bay window that I did not even notice and even with that extra the estimate was the best I could find. After I provided a deposit they ordered the materials. The order came in early and they were able to keep the install date I had requested. The work was completed in just a few hours and everything was left clean. The new windows look great and I am very pleased.

The company did a great job. Extremely professional quoter, and later installation crew. Thoroughly satisfied. They actually spent more time cleaning the glass, after the installation, than the actual setting of the panes.

Everything was installed and final price as estimated. Very satisfied.

Very well. Professional all-around from the first contact by phone with Andy to the end of the installation. We had an afternoon appointment, but they were able to come earlier. They called and asked if they could come early, which was just fine with me. They worked quickly, but with great care. The doors were installed in short order (maybe about an hour or so). They completely cleaned up the area, and it looked as though no one had been there--except for our beautiful new shower doors! They also re-installed shower doors at my parents' house. Those doors had to be removed last year when my dad got sick and needed hand grips in his shower. They removed the hand grips and installed the old doors quickly and once again--with great care. Both showers look great!

I'm having them redo 2 windows for me with the vinyl windows rather than the wire stuff I had. They are so far so good, but haven't completed the job.
