Okay as far as I know.

I ended up paying less than the price quoted because my tank was smaller than I thought, so it was honest of them, good for me, and less than the last service I used which seemed to randomly price pumping. They also informed me of repair work needed, and referred me to someone who could deal with the issue. Excellent service!

If nothing bad happens, this is a good company. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. On June 16, 2016, Arrowhead Septic came to my house to pump out my septic tank. I called them the week before to schedule. This company has come to my house several times to service my septic tank over the years. The driver showed up, and I walked him around to the back yard where the access to the septic system is. We walked it together and he said it looked fine. I went back in the house and later noticed that the truck was stuck in the back yard. The driver was sitting in his truck, so I went out to talk to him to see what was happening. He said the truck was heavy with a prior service and got stuck. He told me that another truck was going to come and empty out his truck. I went back inside and noticed that the driver was trying to get unstuck. He did this by gunning the truck. He was just making matters worse. The truck was just digging a hole with the wheels. I went back out and he said that a tow truck had been called. He tried numerous time to get his truck out but failed each time. Eventually another truck came and pumped out his truck. A tow truck then showed up and got the truck out. It left the yard with deep holes and the grass torn up. I called the company and told the person answering the phones that my yard was left in an unacceptable condition. She told me that Max would call me back. Max did call me back. I told him the yard needed to be fixed. He proceeded to tell me that, he would fix the yard if I paid his tow truck bill. He than told me that it was my fault that the truck got stuck. He said, I should of never called them this time of year with all the rains that we had. I should of waited until August or winter. I told him that his company sent me a reminder card and that when I made the appointment, no one told me to wait. The driver never told me the ground was too soft when I showed him the access. He said that I should of known better. I am not a septic tank driver or specialist. I don’t know what these trucks can or can not do. We have never had a problem with this before. Arrowhead Septic has pumped the tank in the month of June before. I have never been treated so rudely by a business before. Customer service is not this companies strength. If you want your septic tank pumped and nothing goes wrong, you will have a positive experience. Beware if there is a problem, poop will happen.

I sent then an email asking for a price to pump out two septic tanks. Get an email back with prices on INSTALLING two septic tanks. I responded that I was only looking for a price to pump two tanks I got a nasty email response. Don't believe all the ratings for them on Angie's List. Do an internet search and you will find several negative reviews about customers being overcharged.

Truck arrived as scheduled. The gentleman was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered the many questions I had since this is my first experience with maintaining a septic system. He provided good, honest advice and quickly finished the job. My only comment is that he had already emptied other septic systems and consequently did not have room in his tank truck to completely empty mine. He did get all of the solids and most of the liquids but did not have room for all of the liquids. In his defense, I had no idea what size my tank was when I called for service, so he was not certain what he was getting into. He offered me the option of accepting a lower price or he said he would go empty his truck and return. I happily took the reduced price option. Overall, I have this service on my calendar for the next time I need the septic system emptied. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

They were professional and answered all my questions. We scheduled for a few days later to have risers and lids installed while we were at work. We came home that night and everything was installed as described and looked great. We highly recommend Arrowhead Septic.

Arrow head was able to get to our house within 3 hours of our frantic phone call- we had a back up into the basement that they were able to break up and then pump out the septic system.

Tech showed up on time, we quickly resolved issues with getting the truck close enough to the tank, and the tech was superb in doing the right things.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional. I've had this done a number of times by other providers. Arrowhead was more professional then the others. The guy that did the work was Tom. He explained all steps of the process and how the system works.

The professional call taker immediately had tech call me. Arrowhead was not able to perform the work needed, but the tech gave me some DIY advice. Saving $$$ and a call for plumber.

WE CALLED ON THURS. AND THEY CAME ON FRI. THE TANK WAS FULL. THE MAN HAD TO WORK REALLY HARD TO GET IT CLEANED OUT. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE SEPTIC TANK .THE MAN WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE GAVE USEFUL INFORMATION ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE SEPTIC TANK. IT WAS PUT IN WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILD IN 2006 AND WAS NEVER CLEANED OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARROWHEAD SEPTIC FOR CLEANING YOUR SEPTIC TANK. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO USES ARROWHEAD AND SAID THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

We called to check on the company?s service and were given their schedule and availability. The company truck showed up promptly and started work immediately. We had already uncovered the necessary cleaning holes and the job itself took about an hour. The worker was courteous and explained what he was doing including telling my husband the age of the tank and showing him where the laterals were. We appreciated having someone familiar with the job.

Was told to be there at 12; which I was and the guy was already there - got there early , which was fine - luckily my realtor was there early as well because the technician said he would have left if nobody was there - even though the appointment was for 12 noon, which I got there at 11:55 am, so I was a bit annoyed that he would say that, knowing the appointment was for 12.. not 11:45, not 11:30... We also had to email them to get our report - they didn't follow up and send us one. Overall, they were ok.

We have called on Arrowhead Septic whenever it is time to have our septic system pumped. They have always been professional and prompt. One time in the past we had issues with our aging system and weren't sure who to turn to for getting things corrected. Arrowhead helped us by doing what they could and then recommending another company to excavate & replace our leach field. In the end we felt they helped us save money and our system. We completely trust Arrowhead and will continue to call them in the future.

Awful experience with unprofessionals.

I had called them a week prior to my appointment, giving them ample time of what services I needed the timeframe I could do. I told them I could do the afternoon so I could take a 1/2 day off. They said they could do a 1 to 2 pm timeframe - perfect! Then they said to call them the morning of my appointment. This is where chaos unfolded. I called them the morning of the appointment and they said the absolute latest they could be there was 12. Well, I couldn't leave any earlier than 12! They wanted to be there at 10! I said over and over we could not do 10 AM. Had to call them 4 times, kept getting the runaround. They actually showed up at 11 AM. Well, thank goodness the homeowner was there to let them in. (I was in the process of buying their home). If the homeowner was not home, they would have left and taken half my money - even though they said they'd be there at 12. The technician was all done when I arrived at the property at 12:15 - go figure. He was very professional, unlike the service I got from the receptionist. I am thankful the owner was there - but beware - they do not follow through with their scheduling. It's their time or no time.
