+ -1 moreI cant say enough about these folks!!! I had a problem at a vacation rental property and stood to lose quite a bit in rental money if the hot tub was not repaired. I spoke to Todd who consented to make a special trip to work on the tub on Sunday. After some discussion he convinced me that I could perform the repair myself and he was right!!! Subsequent to the repair I need to call him to ask questions twice and both times he was very accommodating and helpful. You don't find old school service and helpfulness very often anymore!!!
Description of Work: Provided information and troubleshooting by phone.

+ -1 moreIf you are buying a hot tub, these folks are very responsive. HOWEWVER, if you run into warranty issues as I have, you will likely not get very good service. My hot tub has cracks and blisters in the surface and after almost a year of complaints, I am getting the run around. The owner instructed me to call him when he discovered his techs were not sharing information with him but now he does not respond to messages. Take your money and go elsewhere because after the sale, you may be high and dry and that's no place to be after spending 13k on a product.

+ -1 moreWe were unable to make a purchase, but will go back and buy as soon as we can. They have THE best tubs.
Description of Work: We were considering a new hot tub. The owner of the company and sales person were really easy to work with. They let us "test drive" a couple tubs and made the process as private as possible.

+ -1 moreThey are a great shop with great support staff. They have been very responsive and helpful any time I've called for advice. We love the spa and any problems that come up they are quick to take care of the matter.
Description of Work: Bought a new spa from them. They took out the old one and installed the new one. They also recommended the electrician to use. They provide continual, knowledgeable and professional support in spa care.
