Description of Work: The fan on the powere supply to my desk top computer failed. I called Arch after reviewing a few writups on Angies list. Chuck, the owner was very helpful. He said he would be able to fix it (new power supply) in about a half hour. I took my computer to his buisness (his house) and his partner Eric replaced the power supply in about 40 minuts. It set me back $75 bucks...$40 for a used power supply (the HP computer I have takes a smaller than standard powere supply...they had a "reconditioned" one on hand.

 + -1 moreSee the above comments. Bottom line: VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. Since it's computer related...to describe what they did would be out of my realm of intelligently describing things.
Description of Work: He made my computer work the way it's supposed to work...and that says a lot. Computers are a mystery to most of us but this man (owner of Arch Computing Services ) couldn't have done a better job. I know he did EXTRA work and added features AT NO CHARGE TO ME. Couldn't be more pleased. As I am writing this my wife has hired him to work on her computer that she has at the house...the appointment is for early next week. Bottom line: my wife has her favorite computer company for service...but has dropped them due to their sudden "gruff" attitude towards her...and because of my praise of ARCH Computing Services. I found them, by the way, through a small ad in a small home-town monthly newspaper. He told me I was the first to respond to the ad...I'm glad I did and so is he.
