APPLE CARPET CLEANING

We had heard of this company on Ft. Carson as a good company for a move out carpet cleaning. We hired and set a date, they arrived late, one of the guys smelled of smoke. I asked them to remove a stain in the living room, as the guy is working on the stain he's telling me how they do this process the best. He went on to say that they never over do it because it will bleach the carpet. After he showed me the stain was less noticeable but he said, " it would lighten up more and would not be noticed at all." We left the house when the job was completed. The next morning, We arrived for our final inspection and the stain that was treated was a huge ( 2 ft dia.) bleached stain. It was almost white on what started out as a tan colored carpet. The house passed the inspection with $0.00 Fees. Except for the carpet, we had to replace the entire living room due to this bleach stain. A $400.00 Fee, I called the company that same day and they responded, "It's not our problem, we did our job". Military Families beware..
