Description of Work: Amy was our agent in the purchase of an investment home. We were so impressed with her knowledge about the local real estate market as well as her attentiveness to our needs. She's very professional, but she also seems to have a good "sixth sense" about timing and pricing of real estate deals. Because of her expertise we saved approx $5000 in our real estate purchase. In addition to her professional qualifications, she's just plain nice -- and very enjoyable to spend time with.

+ -1 moreAmy is an awesome real estate agent. She has invested a lot in her education as a realtor, and it shows. She has an incredible eye for detail, so as we've been looking at houses, she sees things that I would have missed completely. Her focus is on finding the right property for her clients, not on making a sale. I have two friends who have worked with her to find homes, and they were similarly impressed. You can trust her knowledge base, her integrity, and her ability to make sure that as important a purchase as a home is made on the basis of facts, not emotions.
Description of Work: Amy is helping us find a home to purchase here in Colorado Springs. We've worked with her in the past and wouldn't work with anyone else.
