Amen Plumbing and Heating LLC

The pasture automatic waterer is set on a concrete slab which is now sinking and un-level and constantly leaking water around it. This is creating a HUGE mud pool and starting to leak into the shelter and new barn area. I ask Amen plumbing to come pout and fix the problem multiple times now and all I get is the response, "I am busy with other jobs and will get there when I have time to get there"...NO promise of time to come out and fix this and basically I am being given the run around. ABSOLUTELY Unprofessional and RUDE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Also referred some friend to this company - before all this crap started- and he has screwed them BIG time on a whole house heater installation. IF you use Amen Plumbing be prepared to have horrible work, bad service and NO guarantee of repairs for bad work. UPDATE** Finally came back and fixed issue BUT still would not recommend this company. I do NOT feel i need to chase down someone to do the right thing and repair what they did badly. Also already aware I will have to have another company come back to fix anything else that goes wrong because what i had to do to get this fixed is just unprofessional and frustrating. Still would NOT recommend using them for anything regardless of this.
