The owner was extremely professional as well as went above and beyond to provide the best product and service possible. I plan to recommend this company’s services to family and friends!

At first, it went well, he explained what he thought was the problem, but proceeded without checking if what he thought was the problem, was right. Instead, he never consulted me as to where I might want the parts installed, color preference for the contacts, he started drilling holes in the walls, installing parts where he felt they needed to be, practically taking over the house. He decided that I needed more smoke detectors, and placed two in the center of the walls, instead of on the ceiling, saying that it was what was recommended. Then he decided that I needed a doorbell camera. And that is what broke the camel's back. He already had been in my house, on and off for more than a month, and nothing was progressing. He was unreliable, always late or not showing up at all, always had an excuse for everything. I fired him once, but he apologized, and I gave in. I should have trusted my gut. By then it went from bad to worse.. the doorbell was never properly installed, it rang outside the door, and he left a mess of wires exposed, punched a hole in my fence, pulled some wires from the wall, and left them there, for all to see. The camera was never hooked, he couldn't program it into my phone. I finally told him I had had enough, and I wanted a partial refund for the incomplete job. All he could do was apologize, which by then meant nothing. I didn't let him return to finish, it never would have been done anyway. That left me having to find qualified professionals to fix what He had damaged, and more expenses for me that i hadn't anticipated. I'm widowed, on a fixed income, it hurts that there are people such as this taking advantage of people like me.One thing is certain, I will never rely on home advisor for help in finding a professional, ever again.

Great. Everything went according to plan and the process was very smooth. I was worried how to deal with a large recessed space I had in my basement. The spot was meant for an old-style deep Tv. Larry built a door frame with storage behind the TV. It worked out well.

They where working on my music system, and they fabulous job.

Not only do I love my equipment, they showed me how to use everything, with patience while I made my notes! They also, made a mess pulling down a ceiling and wall section. I held my breath because I'm a clean freak! So, the very surprising, awesome, appreciated job was left as clean as I had it!!!!! THANK YOU!
