Description of Work: We attempted to contact this provider to help with installing our Christmas lights based on a search on Angie's list. We sent an email through the site, called 5 days later and left a message,called again 2 days after that (didn't leave a message this time). All attempts went unanswered. Even if they were not available to do the work or no longer offered this service, a simple call or email back letting us know would have been appreciated so we could have continued our search elsewhere before losing a week waiting for a response.

+ 3 moreOn each occasion I have used this company, they show up when they say they will and do good work and stand behind it. We had some landscaping done last year right before the huge rains that came in for several weeks, and the pavers did not have time to settle in and shifted etc. and did not look up to par. John the owner came out and personally took care of things and I believe this will be the case if we need in the future...quality people!
Description of Work: Alternate landscaping has done several jobs for us, I just listed the last service here, a sprinkler blow out. Home landscaping was done a few years back and it looks awesome, and i dont have to remind them when i need to blow out the system etc. they keep track for me, that helps a ton as I am busy with business! He also did very inexpensive work for a non-profit company that i have served on the board of directors and helped out a ton!

+ 1 moreThis company is excellent. The crews that they send on the jobs are excellent and professional and John, the owner, always stops by to guarantee to the work. They are very easy to work with, understand budget constraints and are very professional and honest.
Description of Work: Completely rebuilt a rock wall in our front yard, added a mulch bed and 13 shrubs.

While customers are very quick to express their dissatisfaction, they are not as forthcoming in expressing their satisfaction. We applaud the competitiveness of Alternative Landscape & Maintenance, INC. We were particularly impressed with their attention to all of the little details. The crew was working diligently in order to complete the project ahead of schedule. Rather than have them leave the site for their lunch break, my wife served them a delicious home-cooked meal with all of the trimmings - in appreciation of their work ethics and professional attitude about the job.
