They were very responsive on a snowy day. I was not there at the apartment but a tenant paid close attention to what the technician did and how long he was there. The technician tried to charge an extra hour of service. He also swapped out a thermostat in the unit without my permission. When I asked about both of these things, Colleen adjusted the charges so that the extra hour wasn't charged and the thermostat was free, a courtesy. However, when I got the total bill, there was an extra $10 "Administrative Fee" that is supposedly "charged on all transactions". There was no mention of this fee when I originally asked how much everything would cost. Very disappointing. I don't like having to scrutinize charges with a service. There are many heating services in town. I would recommend using another one.

Overall, I'd recommend those guys to anyone, anywhere, always. They were excellent and have changed our house immensely. Thanks to all of you!
Description of Work: I called Stephanie at all seasons. I didnt know stephanie and Tom well personally, but professionaly speaking, I have known both Steph and Tommy for years. Bacause I casually knew them thru, work, and had the utmost trust In their busines practices, professionalism and top quality work...I picked all seasons for our central ac conversion in our home. Built in 1895, these old homes are money pits. Tommy and his guys came out quickly, assessed the situation well, made all the changes within a day. One room isn't running just rght, and even though the bills have been paid, these guy will be back this week to upgrade an older vent to force more air out. Great guys, great service. Trusted them in the hours even when we had to leave.

My experience with them was excellent. My furnace went out on a Christmas morning. I called a number that I had used before. They didn’t do furnaces; they did only water heaters. They recommended All Seasons. They called me, made an appointment and got me fixed up. It was easy to get hold of them.
Description of Work: All Seasons Inc put in an ignitor for the furnace around Christmas Day.

They inspected the furnace and told me that it was broken, cracked, and dangerous, and that I would be needing a new one immediately for $4000.00. I called a second company, which sent a representative with a CO2 detector, who determined that the furnace was neither broken nor dangerous. The pilot light had simply gone out. I talked to All Seasons again, and they refunded my $156.00 spent.
Description of Work: They were supposed to figure out why the furnace in our previous home was not heating.

I was introduced to All Seasons because they do work at my office. It seemed like a good idea to use a HVAC contractor with experience working in commercial setting, but I was a little worried that they would not want a small residential job. No need to worry--they were great to work with. In Spring 2007 they installed a Bryant high-efficiency furnace in our home. Service provider returns phone calls, provided written quote, pulled permits, shows up on time, did the work as agreed, left work area clean, and charged the quoted price. All work passed inspection. The furnace has been running excellent overall. One ancillary part--the condensate pump--had to be replaced in the first year. All Seasons came out with the replacement pump and installed it no charge, fully covered by warranty. Warranty work was done with the same professionalism--returned phone calls, showed up on time, did work and left the work area clean.
