Job was completed quickly and efficiently. A slight mess was left behind, but it was a plumbing job, after all, so that was expected.

Professional company all the way around, easy install of a garbage disposal in an older home because of tech's expertise. Affordable Rooter was also very good about coordinating services with myself and the city to install a water shut off valve and when the city came to shut off water from the street and it was found a shut off valve already existed at the meter, the company came out to verify this was adequate for my needs and charged nothing. They are a pleasure to work with- will call for all my plumbing needs (not that I hope to have many more!)

I live in a remote location an hour from Colorado Springs. This company came out on a Sunday (at no extra charge) and helped me solve these problems. It was a tricky drain situation with a T that made access through the system very difficult. The technician had to run a camera to determine how best to clear the drain and discounted that cost. He was successful and very informative about care and future maintenance. He then was able to fix a leak in the bathroom plumbing through an access panel. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate the courteous and professional attitude of this company and would definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

My bad plumbing experience. I called Affordable plumbing. I told the lady what was wrong and she said she would have the plumber call me back to give me an estimate. So, he called me back but couldn't do an estimate over the phone per him. One thing I needed was some new pipes and a p trap under my kitchen sink. It is 49 for them to come look at it. So I said ok. He said the p trap would be over 100 for that plus replacing maybe 5 small pipes. He quoted me over 300.00. Also, I have a pipe that sheared in the tub at the drain. He wanted to cut a few holes in my walls to find the leak even though I told him where it was and that it has happened before. He said it might not be that. Ok, he is right, but wanting to cut 75 dollars a hole was just ridiculous and as he said he would need a few. He wanted to start behind the shower spout and not go under the house and check that pipe real quick. HUH! That price just for cutting 3 holes is 225 and that doesn't include any parts for the tub or labor for the other work. I told him way too much. No way am I paying that much. So I gave him his check for 49 and sent him on his way. Beware..

It was good. They are great. The guy was really nice. They came as soon as they could I mean there is like 15 million houses with frozen pipes and they made it within a day and a half and it was really nice.

Couldn't have asked for more Brian was right on time, he introduced himself and asked, where do we start . He walked us though each process he took offering various options. We ended up doing more than planned but it was well worth it . We felt very comfortable with him in our house and with his professional attitude.

Lyle was clean, neat, on time and cheerful. Described work to be done and proceeded to proficiently complete the task! And recommended to my friends.

Kyle was on time. Completed the task in under 10 minutes.

He did a good job. Completed the job in 1 1/2 hours, but charged me close to $ 300. The receipt was not itemized. I wish I had purchased the other provider with the installation of a new water picket for $ 99. I felt the work was overpriced for the work that was done and I would not use them again.

Very responsive, very courteous. Also very polite with my irate mother-in-law who was a bit out of line in her response to the issue. (We were out of town.)

They were available when we needed them and they came out a second time when the problem continued. They were awesome, professional, punctual and focused on the customer being happy. I would use them again for any plumbing issue.

All work was done to our satisfaction. They worked with us to discuss the job and ensured that the right materials for the job were used. Very responsive, on time, and did a quality job. We would definitely use Affordable Rooter again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Here is why. I called Affordable Rooter last Friday and left a message asking them if they could beat my best estimate of $580. My husband got a call back from Joe; Joe bid the replacement of two pressure reducing valves and a sprinkler back flow valve at $600. My husband did not ask him to price match or to honor any coupon at the time of this conversation. I called back on Sunday and talked to Robert, who said that they would honor their Angie's List coupon for $50 off the $600, which made them the best price, so I scheduled them for Monday morning. Today, Monday, they did not show at 9 am as promised. My husband called and was told their computer systems did not update properly so they didn't have us on the schedule plus Joe was sick. So they promised to send someone else. Within 10 minutes I got a call from a dispatcher who said a new tech was on the way, now 1.5 hours late. Then she said that the original bid was already heavily discounted and that they would not honor the Angie's List coupon; otherwise the new tech would supposedly have to eat the loss out of his own pay. She claimed that she had talked to me last week, which was not true, and she claimed that Joe had already discounted more than normal, so accepting the coupon would be like using two coupons. Also not true. We simply asked them to bid the work, they provided a price, and then we asked them to honor a coupon. They first said yes, and then they said no. This is unprofessional and lost this company the work. It would have been cheaper for them to honor the coupon and get a good review instead of losing business due to a bad review. Short-sighted, poor service.

Lisa sent someone out in a very timely fashion. Perry was professional and helpful. It only took him a few minutes to fix my problem. He had wonderful suggestions on how to prevent this clog in the future. I will call this company again for any services I might need that they provide. I highly recommend this company.

Robert provided a detailed estimate of the specified work, and modified the general language of the contract to fit the specific circumstances. Robert supervised the entire project from beginning to end, and was responsive to questions. He was patient in explaining (several times) the what and how of the job. His crew was attentive to details, and took special care not to damage the landscaping anymore than necessary to do the job. (They dug a 10' deep hole in a very limited space next to a moss rock wall without moving a single stone or damaging a cement driveway - it was very remarkable to watch.) The crew was on-time and diligent throughout the project. One individual stayed on the project until 3:30 am to make sure the liner was curing properly - this was service beyond the call of duty. Additionally, prior to installing the liner, the crew taped all of the drains in the house to make sure the was no "drain back" during the installation process. After the job was completed everything was cleanup, both inside and outside, to perfection. In addition, Robert's crew replaced a portion of our slate stone sidewalk by hand that was removed prior to digging. Needless to say we are thrilled with the professional job Robert and his crew did on this project. We would definitely use them again if the situation arises.

Robert and his crew were on time. Called if they were going to be delayed. They worked until it was finished. They were great to work with and very helpful in explaining options and very reasonable price wise. Will recommend to out neighbors.

OUTSTANDIN! Robert came in person to look at the job and gave me a bid promptly. We scheduled a date for the project that was within a week. (I wasn't in a hurry.) I had second thoughts and asked him to put a camera down again in the hopes that we could get by with just a "liner". No way - and Robert took the time to show me why. Robert and his crew showed up when they said they would and finished what I was told would be a two day job - one day early! He sent me photos on my phone as the job progressed because I had to be at work. They installed two-way clean-outs - I had only had one. I was able to break away before they began to cover the pipe - looked good to me and passed all the inspections. Things were cleaned up well and they really did a nice job of putting my yard back the way it was - in fact they replaced a water shut-off cover with one much more appropriately sized than the one I had. He told me I should have the pipe "maintained" - cleaned in 5 years. I will definitely call "Affordable Rooter"!

Our sewer line backed up and it needed to be cleared out. Affordable Rooter came out right away. Kyle was very professional and helpful, and explained what we could do to maintain the line. As he worked on that project and the minor problems with the toilets in our house, he took the time to explain what he was doing and how to fix common issues ourselves in the future. I always appreciate it when a person doing work explains how to DIY and how to save money on household repairs, and I'll definitely hire the company for our future professional maintenance because of that.

They were fine. They came out in April or May. He was very professional. He completed the work on time. He explained everything. He gave me options. Older homes don't have those protective pipes. There is different options I could take and he explained it very well. I was very satisfied. I was surprised by the price.
