New construction. Bruce did design for sound, TV, and camera location and location recording. This guy is some smart person. He is solo for his company so you get the owner doing the work which means it is done correctly. He is all business with little humor. I had the work done years ago but he is still at the leading edge of the technology. I thought his cost was on the high side with a small plus-up surprise at the end of the project. His view was he spent extra time on the project that I thought would be include in the installation bid. All though not unusual for new construction, one of the sound cables interfered with other home system and that ?home system? had to be repaired at my expense. Bottom line is I?d encourage folks to get a design bid from Bruce knowing the design and install would be done correctly.
