Brandon came and tested our radon mitigation system and was prompt on the service call, ran tests to make sure it was the right system to be replaced, and explained all the warranty information. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Brandon does great work for a reasonable price. He also had an alternative solution to putting the system in the front of my house or having punch holes in the roof (what the other guys were offering); instead he went in through a window well and tied into the drain. which reduced the risk, cost and 'ugly' factor. He can be a bit slow to respond, which is unusual in today's connected world, but his work is excellent.
