+ -1 moreThe gentleman that I talked to over the phone helped to to reset my thermostat. He helped me figure out what the issues were over the phone and he didn't charge me for it. They stand behind their work. Their price is very good.

Description of Work: I had gotten this company's name from my neighbor who was very happy with the work done last year. I had scheduled a date for June 29 but that was during my evacuation from the Waldo Canyon Fire. I called and rescheduled and Bob got me in very quickly and did a very throrough and professional job installing my AC. Only disappointment was that he was very busy due to very hot weather and was unable to finish the install job on Thursday the 5th July after he promised I'd be cool for the night! I know it was probably due to the very hot weather and all the rescheduling of clients during the evacuation time.

+ -1 moreI contacted the company and they sent and individual out to assess the requirements to replace a defective gas heater. Rob sent the estimate via e-mail. He answered all questions, provided updated details when I requested a different unit. He also told me exactly the time he would install the unit and what he would do. He handled everything from the installation, to handling the permit, the inspection, and obtaining the electrician to put in 220 power and a fuse in the fuse box.
Description of Work: Removal and installation of an 80 percent efficiency gas heater and the installation of a new air conditioner
