He repaired the freezer in kitchen but broke the plastic cover, ("his comment was it's only cosmetic")he tried to order a new one but ended up gluing the plastic pecies back togehter. The cover doesn't fit correctly. Ice maker - we were told the problem was the "ice maker head" when that didn't work we were told the complet ice maker would have to be replaced, then we were told water the water vale was bad. In my opinion this indevidule was completly incompetant and my cost should be refunded because now i have to hire someone to come and make the repairs that he didn't.
Description of Work: Freezer in kitchen would not defrost, Freezer in garage ice maker was inop

Description of Work: Accurate Appliance was the only appliance I could find to work on convection microwaves. Scott gave me great information and let me know that I didn't need a new microwave, he saved me a lot of money. He was great.

+ -1 moreHe was very responsive. He came out the same day and did a diagnosis on it. He either told me the price then or he called me back with the price before he ordered the parts. They had to send back the parts over few days during the weekend, and I felt they were very receptive. He came in, did the job, and did not fool around. He was very professional. I will use him again. Their price was appropriate. Unfortunately, the problem was an expensive one to repair.
Description of Work: I used Accurate Appliance Repair in June. I spoke to Scott Oaks who is the owner of the company. He replaced two circuit boards in the washing machine.
