Nate did a fabulous job. He's always efficient and fast. We had terrible stains in our carpet and every little stain was gone. I would hire him in a heartbeat again.

Nate's work did not disappoint. He was punctual and professional and explained his cleaning process in detail. He was able to get out a variety of stains and brought our carpet back to life.

Nate and his assistant showed up on time. They tore out the carpeting on the 5 step stairs and noticed the carpet pad was disintegrating and some carpet tack strips where missing. So they replaced the pad and added the tack strips and installed the carpet I had. Nate even reinstalled one of the steps after completing the stairs because he felt the carpet piece wasn't laying right because it had been rolled up for storage. He fixed the two steps that had come loose and even replaced the pad on one of them because it too had disintegrated. After all the repairs, they cleaned up and vacuumed the work areas. Nate even went so far as to spot clean a few dog stains at the base of one of the stairs. Very professional, provided lots of information about the carpet, maintenance and made some suggestions about the high traffic areas. Will definitely hire this company again and ask for Nate.

The quality and professionalism of this company is outstanding! This was a complicated and involved carpet stretching, repair, and cleaning. The quality of the service far exceeded our expectations and our carpet looked and felt new! I was very nervous about the extent of this job but the owner of the company put me at ease after he explained the process. I highly recommend this company.

He came out about a month and a half ago to assess the job. He then sent me an email estimate and scheduled the appointment for today. He arrived on schedule today to stretch the carpets. We had spent several hours preparing the house and moving furniture. He came in told us what a great job we had done. Everything was friendly and cordial. 15 minutes in he asked me to come look at something and showed me some water damage under french doors. He explained that its a problem for his work and we should take care of it. Very reasonable. After talking to him a bit I called my door and window guy. It was now a matter of coordinating the work. After I talked to my door guy I put him on the phone with Nate so they could figure out the details. Earlier in the visit I had asked him if I should call my insurance company after he showed me the water damage. He told me not to call the insurance because they wouldn't pay for it and they would raise my premium. When we were looking at the second door, he then said to ignore what he said and to call my insurance. I asked him what order I should be handling these things, and when I should get the insurance involved. At that point he seemed to shift and become irritated with my questions. He scolded me for repeating questions when I just wanted to make sure I understood. He seemed very agitated when all I was doing was asking questions about how to go about the repairs and make sure I didn't waste his time. He then shifted and said that he was only a carpet guy and to not treat him like a general contractor. He had previously boasted about all the great things he could do, so I joked and said that we both knew he was more than a carpet guy. He then started to pack up his things and said he was leaving. I asked him to please not leave because my house was in disarray. I followed him out to his truck to try to talk to him about not leaving, and he just kept saying "calm down, sir. have a nice day, sir." I told him I'd have to call Angie's List and he just repeated himself. I texted him after he left and told him to take some time to calm down and just come back or I would call Angie's List. He responded that I'd threatened him one too many time and he would not be coming back. I don't understand the strange flip in behavior that happened. Everything was going well, and I had already decided to use his services and had even told him I'd planned to use him regularly for work in the future as well. I'm not sure what happened. I'm left with all of the furniture out of the house and carpet randomly torn up in places.

Excellent! Nate went above and beyond to repair damage caused by our puppy. In repairing the damage it was found that wear and tear over the years had caused more extensive repairs to be necessary. He fixed everything, explaining as he went along just what was happening. When he was finished, our living room carpet looked better than it had in some time. I would recommend his service without hesitation.p

The carpet repair went very well and the carpets in the house looked like brand new when the cleaning was finished.

When my husband gets a little better, I would like to call them because they had an offer for working on the carpet as a whole which would have been helpful. The offer was a good one. There was only one worker that came. He was nice and genuine.

He spent way longer than he anticipated in order to make sure we were happy. I was unsure of one of the steps and thought it could be improved. He came back and spent another couple of hours making it better and didn't ask for any more money. Excellent and honest contractor.

Awesome experience with Nate. He was professional and spent a considerable amount of time talking with me about options, the future of my carpet, and carpet care in general. He worked quickly and made sure to clean everything up. I especially appreciate his willingness to educate me about what he was doing. For additional work involving carpet repair, installation, or even unbiased information/guidance, I would not hesitate to call Nate again.

Great. The stained area was removed and patched. The seams were invisible. Nate was awesome and is an absolute expert in his trade.

Nate was courteous, Professional, efficient. Nate was able to remove dirt and stains that two previous cleaning crews couldn't. Nate behaved like the ultimate professional; he has a super machine that would clean anything. Very pleased with the job. From now on only Absolute Floors & More will clean my carpet!

I had hired Absolute Floors & More LLC on 09/06/2016 for multiple jobs! I was worried about finding so many different companies to do many tasks. I had called Absolute floors to do some carpet repairs but found out that they did so many other services. I hired them for carpet repairs, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning and to clean a few pieces of small furniture. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Every service was just as equally great as the other. It could not have gone anymore perfect then what Nate did from Absolute Floors & More. The price was amazing! Everything turned out better then I could have imagined and, all at one time. There is nobody else that has ever come close to the service I got from them on this day. I would use them 100 times over!

Nate did a great job cleaning my carpets! He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions. I had a pet stain that a previous company couldn't get out, and he got it out for me! My house now smells great. I will definitely call him in the future!
