This broker uses an almost laughable lease agreement with ridiculous clauses designed to scam the tenant out of his/her security deposit and hit them with every fee imaginable. Very unprofessional and unethical. Very biligerant and falsely claims to be an investigator for the District Attorney. (He's not, we checked) Avoid this company at all cost for placement, management, or as a landlord.
