AAA Tree Service LLC

I have several Elms in my yard that have broken through the years at every heavy snow and wind storm causing much damage to my property as well as the neighbor's. AAA Tree Service came and took the time to walk the property with me showing me the fragile and dead areas which would most likely cause more damage in the future. Mike explained how if I didn't want to remove the trees outright... how trimming and removing some of the branches would lessen the weight and lessen the chances of them breaking off. They spent time trimming the trees down and lessening the load. They took my love for the greenery in consideration and Pruned them to where they will sprout new branches and leaves soon. They were respectful of my concerns and provided honest and excellent service! I would use AAA Tree service again and recommend them to anyone needing any kind of Tree Services, Stump Grinding and for Firewood.

Great! Came when they said, and did the work we planned for. I would use them again.

It went well. They were very efficient and hauled away the trees and debris. I didn't pay to have the stump mulch removed, but it was easy to bag and throw out. I used the Angie's List coupon.

I purchased a $199 voucher for $400 worth of work from this company on Angie's List. I called the company once, left a voicemail, called the company again and spoke to someone. We did get a free estimate from the company. We would only be able to get one tree trimmed for the amount of $450 (with the $199 voucher, we'd still owe $50). I called the company three times to schedule a time for them to come trim our tree, but no one has returned my phone calls. I called another company that is also on Angie's List and requested a free estimate. Their prices are significantly lower. The same tree in our backyard would cost $125 to trim instead of $450. AAA Tree Service has horrible customer service and they are way over priced.

We ordered a 1/2 cord, but they only delivered a 1/4 cord and have not answered 4 messages left with them to either refund us half of our money or bring the rest of the wood that we paid for. At this point we have no choice but to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Wood was delivered on Friday 11/13, husband called that day (as soon has he stacked and measured the wood, realizing the discrepancy) and has called 3 times this week with no response whatsoever. Also the truck they were driving left an oil stain on our driveway, but that pales in comparison to the rip-off on the wood.

BAdly and would never hire this person under any circumstances.

I have attempted three times to schedule work with AAA Tree Service. I sent a request for scheduling through Angie's List on 7/22, and have followed up twice. It is now 7/30 and I have never heard from them. I'm very disappointed as they had the equipment I felt would be needed for my situation, their prices seemed reasonable from the other reviews I read, and (until now) they had an A rating.

Mike and his crew arrived on time and worked quickly. The work was done has agreed. Site was cleaned up, all chips, branches, debris removed. Good job, thank you!

They're awesome. It went pretty good. It was great. They were artistic. They handled awkward situations with our neighbors like professionals. They maintained their cool and did the job. Despite the awkward moment from the neighbors, they were able to remain professional. They're pretty competitive.

I will be using Mike's AAA Tree again. That is why i realized I owed him a review. He will be giving me a new quote on some more tree branches this coming week.

They should have been a little bit more thorough. They didn't seem connected to the job they were doing at the time. It was kind of like they came in and hacked a bunch of stuff out and left. They left some debris behind. The also left us a souvenir orange cone and a pink hard hat. I wasn't real impressed.

The company that took at the trees didn't return to finish the job. Called AAA Tree Service and they were available and left the spots finished and cleaned up.

On time as agreed, price as agreed on verbally. Work was done very quickly and safely. Cleanup was excellent.

Went well. Appt was set, timely, and there were no issues start to finish. Everything was hauled away nicely.

Just an estimate. Showed up on time. Gave an estimate. Followed up with a phone call.
