I bought a Groupon deal with this company for $70. When they came out, I had more windows to clean than what the special called for, so I paid an additional $30 to have these done (although they were very small transom windows, they still charged $2.66 per pane). On the 29th of October, when they cleaned the windows and the 30th, the weather was cloudy and I couldn't tell whether the job was done properly or not. As quickly as he cleaned them, I didn't think that he had done a good job and I asked him if he stood behind his work. He said he did. I called them on November 8th (10 days later) and told the office that he has missed two windows altogether and one additional window needed to be redone. Once the light shone through, I could definitely tell how dirty they still were. There had been no rain in that time, so it would be easy to tell. They asked me why I had waited so long to call and I xplained to them that my husband had open back surgery on Oct 31st and that was why I hadn't called earlier. They basically told me that I had waited too long and that they had moved on from my area so they could not help. So, in essence, they do not stand behind their service. I most certainly would not use them again and would caution anyone else that might be considering using them.
