Description of Work: Mike came in with a very reasonable offer. I had him fix part of my ceiling over a set of my stairs. He put up new dry wall, painted and textured the ceiling. While in the process of hanging the dry wall and texturing the ceiling, Mike made sure to keep the carpeting covered, as not to stain it. The area close to the ceiling on the walls was repainted with the original color of paint. You could not tell that there had been no ceiling there when Mike finished the job. The next project was fixing hole on the outside of the house and repainting the body and trim. Holes were filed in wonderfully, that the Woodpeckers had to find a new house to work on. When it came to painting the house, Mike was able to get the paint to match the color of the garage doors. The trim color came out beautifully. While the painting was taking place there was not a lot of trash left lying around. He cleaned up the property every night before leaving. Mike was also able to power washed the deck, sanded, and stained it. I feel that these projects were done timely. Mike is professional and takes pride in his work. Would hire him again.
