Jill was extremely courteous and friendly on the phone and she kept me informed of the planned schedule of events. The work was completed in a quality and timely manner. The crew doing the work was friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. Eric followed up afterwards to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied which I was! I highly recommend this company if you have any concrete work that needs done. You won't be disappointed!

The crew was on time, very professional and work was completed as scheduled. I was extremely happy with the results. A1 Concrete Leveling is awesome! Highly recommend this company for all your concrete leveling needs.

Description of Work: (Job 1) Where the driveway met the garage floor, the driveway slab had sunk about three inches over the past 25 years. They brought the driveway slab up to meet the garage slab. Excellent results. (Job 2) The floor in the basement had also sunk over the same period of time. Jacking of this slab was not quite as successful, so we had to have the floor leveled by about a half an inch by means of adding some concrete to the top of half of the basement slab. Based on where the floor started and where it ended, I was still quite happy with the overall results.

 + -1 moreEric, owner, came over for our estimate. Very nice man, professional and honest. He looked at our patio and porch and said he could not help us. The rebar in the cement was bending and causing the patio and porch to crack. Also he could see where ground was settling and we needed to remove the cement before any damage could be done to our foundation on the house. We really appreciated an honest answer. We definitely recommend A-1.
Description of Work: We needed an estimate on our cement porch and patio. Both had cracks and were lower than in the past.

 + -1 moreA1C Concrete performed the work on time and at the estimated price. The only problem I saw was that the seam on the left side top where it meets the other step is slightly lower than the rest of the seam. I did not complain about this to the company, because I didn't want to go through the process of fixing it. It does not detract from the look of our house.
Description of Work: The front step to our house had a gap all the way across at the bottom where it meets the sidewalk. We were concerned water would get in and then freeze making the gap worse and possibly cracking the step. A1C Concrete filled the space, raised the step to level and sealed the seams.

Description of Work: Filled voids under edges of slabs near 4 corners to stabilize. Raised a few slabs to fix trip hazards. Removed old patch from seams and sealed all control joints to prevent water and ice damage.

 + 1 moreIt's been a couple of weeks now and everything appears to be stable. Overall it was an easy process - I was suprised at how quickly it was done.
Description of Work: My driveway, entry pad and stairway to house had settled over many years and needed to be leveled. The A1 crew got right to work and were happy to answer any questions I had. Multiple holes were drilled into the concrete and the lime mixture was forced into the holes to level out the concrete slabs. Once eveything was leveled the holes were plugged with a concrete slury and caulk was applied to any open seams.

 + -1 moreThe A-1 sales representative, Eric J., provided his estimate on-time and in a very friendly and professional manner. He explained the process in detail. He also identified any problems which might be encountered by his crew based on the job to be performed. The actual work (performed by Josh and Wes) was completed ahead of the initial scheduled date. Drill holes for the leveling work are barely visible. I am very pleased with their work - the porch and walkways look great.
Description of Work: Leveled the front porch and the walkways on two sides of house. Front porch had sank as much as two inches resulting in a gap between porch columns and roof overhang as well as some minor cracking. Concrete walkways had dropped up to three inches adjacent to house allowing for water to flow toward the foundation and to seep under garage foundation.
